CIA Experiments with Mind Control on Children

The CIA mind-control apparatus has been well known since 1975, when 10 large boxes of documents were released pursuant to Freedom of Information Act requests.
Several good books were then written on the subject of the CIA program known as MK-ULTRA. Officially spanning ten years from 19 52-62, MK-ULTRA involved the use of LSD on unwitting military and civilian subjects in the United States. LSD and more powerful compounds were given under duress as brainwashing and truth serum drugs. The program's aim was to find drugs which would irresistibly bring out deep confessions or wipe a subject' s mind clean and program him or her as "a robot agent."
In experimental test situations, people were given acid without their knowledge, then interrogated under bright lights with doctors sitting in the background taking notes. Threats would be made. The test subjects were told that their LSD "downer trips" would be extended indefinitely if they refused to reveal their closely-guarded military secrets. The people being interrogated in this way were CIA employees, U.S. military personnel and, abroad, agents suspected of working for the other side in the Cold War. Long-term severe debilitation and several documented deaths resulted. Much, much more could be said about MK-ULTRA.
None of this prepared people for the explosive testimony made on March 15, 1995, in Washington, D.C., before the President's Committee on Radiation, however. In unpublicized sessions, New Orleans therapist Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients who had uncovered memories of being part of extensive CIA brainwashing programs as young children (in one case, starting at age seven). Their brainwashing included torture, rape, electroshock, powerful drugs, hypnosis and death threats. According to their testimony, the CIA then induced amnesia to prevent their recalling these terrifying sessions.
Both Wolf and her patients stated that they recovered the memories of this CIA program without regression or hypnosis techniques. In other words, these patients spontaneously discovered this information about themselves and their pasts.
Although the committee was mainly concerned with radiation, they permitted Valerie and her patients to testify because, astonishingly, several doctors who had administered the mind- control experiments had also been identified by other Americans secretly exposed to radiation. Apparently there was a crossover.
Prominent names surfaced in the March 15 testimony: Richard Helms, former head of the CIA, Dr. Sidney Gottlieb, who ran MK- ULTRA and Dr. John Gittinger, Gottlieb's protege. These men and others were directly accused of participating in grisly mind- control efforts on children.
Predictably, this testimony received no media attention.
I now have it all, including many pages submitted to the committee that will likely never be released as part of their final report. Only a small percentage of the pages were read aloud at the hearing. Included are corroborating statements from other therapists around the country and several of their patients. I have now released all of this testimony as a book, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments On Children.
When the sickening shock starts to wear off, deeply disturbing questions flood one's mind: just what was this CIA program? How extensive was it? What was its purpose?
From what I have been able to discover so far, many American children, as well as children from Mexico and South America, were used over a period of about 40 years, starting around 1948. In fact, the program may still be going on. Doctors and agents who administered it wanted to obtain control over the minds of these children, ostensibly to create superagents who wouldn't remember even what missions they carried out, because of hypnotically induced amnesia (which could be removed by their controllers and reinstalled at will). Children were trained as sex agents, for example, with the job of blackmailing prominent Americans -- primarily politicians, businessmen and educators. A great deal of filming was done for this purpose. Eventually, people from the inner core of the CIA program filmed each other, and some of the centers where children were used as sex agents got out of control and turned into CIA-operated sex rings.
Some children were considered expendable and simply murdered.
One person who states that he was in this program as a child said, off the record:
"They tried out their brainwashing techniques on the kids from Mexico and South America. They were considered expendable. But on another echelon of the program, they went after the best and the brightest American kids. Making perfect agents to combat the Soviets wasn't, I don't think, their ultimate objective. I can't remember what that was."
At this point, I made a suggestion:
"Well, if they were choosing the best and brightest, maybe they figured these kids would one day rise to important positions in the society, and they wanted to gain long-term control over them, so they would be under their thumb, so they could tap them at will -- a way of controlling the future society."
"Maybe," he said. "The Nazis gained control over the intelligentsia in Germany. That was a very key step in their dominance. That was the first thing they did".
"This smells very much like a Nazi program in the U.S.," I said. "I don't mean all the controllers were German, but the style of it, the insanity."
He said, "They brought over a lot of Nazi doctors after the war and not just to build rockets -- for a lot of projects."

Other people who said that they had been used as children in the program remember that doctors with German accents were definitely present at the sessions. One therapist, who shared this information informally with colleagues around the country, states that, so far, the oldest person she has heard of who was in the program is now 52; the youngest is now nine.
Since a number of people who were brainwashed, tortured and drugged in these experiments try to resolve their experiences in therapy, psychiatrists and other professional therapists are hearing these stories. They are told, for example, that CIA controllers sometimes dressed up in Satanic costumes to further traumatize the children, also providing a cover that wouldn't be believed if the children ever talked.
It is worth noting that there is a movement to discredit these " recovered" memories, and the most prominent group, the False Memory Syndrome Foundation (FMSF), has several board members with CIA or military-intelligence connections -- including the notorious Dr. Louis "Jolly" West of UCLA, who tried to establish a center for "the study of violence" at the university in the 1970s. This center's specialty would have been psychosurgery, a horrendous melting of brain connections, supposedly to curb people's "violent tendencies."
FMSF maintains that a person always remembers abuse done to him or her, and therefore any new recovery of it in therapy is false and must have been fabricated through misleading suggestions by the therapist. While it is certainly true that such inducement happens in therapy, the blanket statement that all recovered memory is invented is unsubstantiated.
In a written statement to Dr. Wolf that was included in her testimony to the president's committee, well-known researcher and psychiatrist, Colin Ross said,
"Published articles in my files include descriptions of administration of 150 mcg of LSD to children age 5-10 years on a daily basis for days, weeks, months, and in a few cases even years. Neurosurgeons at Tulane, Yale, and Harvard did extensive research on brain electrode implants with intelligence funding, and combined brain implants with Large numbers of drugs including hallucinogens."

Ross based his report on his more than 20 years of investigating CIA mind control.
Chris De Nicola, one of Dr. Wolf's patients who testified before the president's committee, named her controller as a Dr. Greene, a name reported by several other mind-control subjects. It may well be that this name was a cover used by various CIA and military-contracted experimenter-torturers. Here is a quote from her testimony:
"[Dr. Greene] used me in radiation experiments both for the purpose of determining the effects of radiation on various parts of my body and to terrorize me as an additional trauma in the mind-control experiments. [She was eight years old.]
"The rest of the experiments took place in Tucson, Arizona, out in the desert. I was taught how to pick locks, be secretive, use my photographic memory to remember things and a technique to withhold information by repeating numbers to myself. [She is obviously talking about being trained as an agent.]
"Dr. Greene moved on to wanting me to kill dolls that looked like real children. I stabbed a doll with a spear once after being severely tortured, but the next time I refused. He used many techniques but as I got older I resisted more and more.
He often tied me down in a cage, which was near his office. Between 1972 and 1976 he and his assistants were sometimes careless and left the cage unlocked. Whenever physically possible, I snuck -into his office and found files with reports and memos addressed to CIA and military personnel. Included in these files were project, subproject, subject and experiment names with some code numbers for radiation mind-control experiments which I have submitted in my written documentation. I was caught twice and Dr. Greene tortured me ruthlessly with electric shock, drugs, spinning on a table, putting shots in my stomach, in my back, dislocating my joints and hypnotic techniques to make me feel crazy and suicidal..."

Is there a precedent for this kind of sadistic treatment by CIA and military personnel? Indeed there is. Here is a quote from the introduction to my book, U.S. Government Mind-Control Experiments On Children. It contains information from reliable published sources; such as The Search for the Manchurian Candidate, by John Marks (2), Acid Dreams, by Martin Lee (3) and The Mind Manipulators, by Alan Scheflin (4). In part, these authors derived their information on the CIA and MK-ULTRA from the ten boxes of information released suddenly in 1975 by the agency in response to Freedom of Information Act requests:
"Dr. Robert Heath of Tulane University, as early as 1955, working for the Army, gave patients-LSD while he had electrodes implanted deep inside their brains.
"Canadian researcher, Dr. Ewan Cameron, under long-term CIA contract, attempted to depattern, and reprogram his psychiatric patients' personalities wholesale. He started with 15 to 65 days of 'sleep therapy,' during which a patient was kept under nearly 24 hours a day, through the administration of cocktails of Thorazine, Nembutal, Seconal, Veronal, and Phenergam. Throughout this sleep period, the patient would be awakened two or three times a day for electroshock treatments, given at an intensity 20-40 times the 'normal' convulsion-producing strength.
"In the mid-1950's, Paul Hoch, M.D., a man who would become Commissioner of Mental Hygiene for the State of New York, then a laborer in the field for the CIA, gave a 'pseudoneurotic schizophrenic' patient mescaline. The patient had a not- unfamiliar heaven-and-hell journey on the compound. But Hoch followed this up with a transorbital leucotomy...Hoch also gave a patient LSD, and a local anesthetic, and then proceeded to remove pieces of cerebral cortex, asking at various moments whether the patient's perceptions were changing."
Claudia Mullin, the other of Dr. Wolf's patients who testified before the President's Committee on Radiation, said her experiences with CIA mind-control experiences began when she was seven years old:
"In 1958, 1 was to be tested, they told me, by some important doctors coming from a place called the 'Society' [the Human Ecology Society, a CIA front]. I was told to cooperate; answer any of their questions. Then, since the test 'might hurt,' I would be given 'shots, x-rays, and a few jolts of electricity.' I was instructed not to look at anyone's face too hard and to ignore names,' as this was 'a very secret project' but to be brave an all those things would help me forget...
"A Dr. John Gittinger tested me and Dr. Cameron gave me the shocks and Dr. Greene the x-rays...By the time I left to go home, just like every time from then on, I would recall nothing of my tests or the different doctors. I would only remember whatever explanations Dr. Robert G. Heath [of Tulane Medical School] gave me for the odd bruises, needle marks, burns on my head and fingers and even the genital soreness. I had no reason to believe otherwise. Already, they had begun to control my mind!
"The next year, I was sent to a place in Maryland called Deep Creek Cabins to learn how to 'sexually please men.' Also, I was taught how to coerce them into talking about themselves. It was Richard Helms (Deputy Director of the CIA), Dr. Gottlieb, Captain George White and Morse Allen, who all planned on filming as many high government and agency officials and heads of academic institutions and foundations as possible...I was to become a regular little 'spy' for them, after that summer, eventually entrapping many unwitting men, including themselves, all with the use of a hidden camera. I was only nine when this kind of sexual humiliation began."

Captain George White was a notorious agent for the CIA. He set up a brothel in San Francisco in the 1960s and, using hidden cameras, filmed men having sex with prostitutes. The men's drinks were "spiked" with LSD. In 1950, Morse Allen, another important CIA, man, was appointed head of Project BLUEBIRD, another CIA mind-control program.
Ms. Mullin states that she was adopted when she was two years old. By the time she reached seven she had already been abused extensively by her mother. Her mother apparently turned her over for "testing" to CIA-connected people and Claudia then entered a 27-year period of what can only be called enslavement. Claudia states that she has been monitored, that she is still monitored and watched by agency related people, including a medical doctor. Now living in New Orleans, she has given information to local police authorities about her situation. In her testimony to the president's committee, Claudia remarked,
"Although the process of recalling these atrocities is certainly not an easy task, nor is it without some danger to myself and my family...I feel the risk is worth taking."

Claudia's therapist, Dr. Wolf, has written to the president's committee,
"To the best of my knowledge, [Claudia] has read nothing about mind-control or CIA covert operations. Since she decided to listen carefully and remember as much as she could about conversations among the researchers, her memories are extraordinarily complete. I have sent written copies of memories to Dr. Alan Scheflin [author of The Mind Manipulators] for validation and he has confirmed that she has knowledge of events and people that are not published anywhere, that some of her memories contain new information and that some are already known and published. Some of her memories have been confirmed by family members. She has also shown me old scrapbooks where she wrote notes to remember what was happening to her and hid the notes under pictures in the scrapbook."

I spoke with Alan Scheflin in May of this year. He said he had found one piece of information Claudia had mentioned in her recollections that had no precedent in published material. It involved a connection between two government researchers.
This is just the tip of the iceberg on the 130 pages of testimony given before the President's Committee on Radiation, and it is also just the beginning of a history that will undoubtedly widen in the coming months and years. Dr. Wolf told me that when word got around she was going to testify before the president's committee, she was contacted by about 40 therapists "in just the 10 days leading up to my trip to Washington." The therapists had heard similar CIA mind-control stories from their own patients. Many of these professionals are afraid to go on the record about their patients' stories, as censure from their professional societies is a reality. The political mood these days is not conducive to granting an aura of credibility to revelations of CIA brainwashing.
So what else is new?

THE GREENBAUM SPEECH
Herein is the lecture by D.C.Hammond, originally entitled "Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse," but now usually known as the "Greenbaum Speech," delivered at the Fourth Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, Thursday June 25, 1992, at the Radisson Plaza Hotel, Mark Center, Alexandria, Virginia. Sponsored by the Center for Abuse Recovery & Empowerment, The Psychiatric Institute of Washington, D.C. Both a tape and a transcript were at one time available from Audio Transcripts of Alexandria, Virginia (800-338-2111). Tapes and transcripts of other sessions from the conference are still being sold but -- understandably -- not this one. The transcript below was made from a privately made tape of the original lecture.
The single most remarkable thing about this speech is how little one has heard of it in the years since its original delivery. It is recommended that one reads far enough at least until one finds why it's called "the Greenbaum speech."

THE GREENBAUM SPEECH of D.C.HAMMOND

We've got a lot to cover today and let me give you a rough approximate outline of the the things that I'd like us to get into. First, let me ask how many of you have had at least one course or workshop on hypnosis? Can I see the hands? Wonderful. That makes our job easier. Okay.
I want to start off by talking a little about trance-training and the use of hypnotic phenomena with an MPD dissociative-disorder population, to talk some about unconscious exploration, methods of doing that, the use of imagery and symbolic imagery techniques for managing physical symptoms, input overload, things like that.
Before the day's out, I want to spend some time talking about something I think has been completely neglected in the field of dissociative disorder, and that's talking about methods of profound calming for automatic hyper-arousal that's been conditioned in these patients. We're going to spend a considerable length of time talking about age-regression and abreaction in working through a trauma. I'll show you with a non-MPD patient -- some of that kind of work -- and then extrapolate from what I find so similar and different with MPD cases.
Part of that, I would add, by the way, is that I've been very sensitive through the years about taping MPD cases or ritual-abuse cases, part of it being that some of that feels a little like using patients and I think that this population has been used enough. That's part of the reason, by choice, that I don't generally videotape my work.
I also want to talk a bunch about hypnotic relapse- prevention strategies and post-integration therapy today. Finally, I hope to find somewhere in our time-frame to spend on hour or so talking specifically about ritual abuse and about mind-control programming and brainwashing -- how it's done, how to get on the inside with that -- which is a topic that in the past I haven't been willing to speak about publicly, have done that in small groups and in consultations, but recently decided that it was high time that somebody started doing it. So we're going to talk about specifics today. [Applause]
In Chicago at the first international congress where ritual abuse was talked about I can remember thinking, "How strange and interesting." I can recall many people listening to an example given that somebody thought was so idiosyncratic and rare, and all the people coming up after saying, "Gee, you're treating one, too? You're in Seattle"...Well, I'm in Toronto...Well, I'm in Florida...Well, I'm in Cincinnati." I didn't know what to think at that point. It wasn't too long after that I found my first ritual-abuse patient in somebody I was already treating and we hadn't gotten that deep yet. Things in that case made me very curious about the use of mind-control techniques and hypnosis and other brainwashing techniques.
So I started studying brainwashing and some of the literature in that area and became acquainted with, in fact, one of the people who'd written one of the better books in that area. Then I decided to do a survey, and from the ISSMP & D [International Society for the Study of Multiple Personality and Dissociation] folks I picked out about a dozen and a half therapists that I though were seeing more of that than probably anyone else around and I started surveying them.
The interview protocol, that I had. got the same reaction almost without exception. Those therapists said, "You're asking questions I don't know the answers to. You're asking more specific questions than I've ever asked my patients." Many of those same therapists said, "Let me ask those questions and I'll get back to you with the answer." Many of them not only got back with answers, but said, "You've got to talk to this patient or these two patients." I ended up doing hundred of dollars worth of telephone interviewing. What I came out of that was a grasp of a variety of brainwashing methods being used all over the country. I started to hear some similarities. Whereas I hadn't known, to begin with, how widespread things were, I was now getting a feeling that there were a lot of people reporting some similar things and that there must be some degree of communication here.
Then approximately two and a half years ago I had some material drop in my lap. My source was saying a lot of things that I knew were accurate about some of the brainwashing, but it was telling me new material I had no idea about.
At this point I took and decided to check it out in three ritual-abuse patients I was seeing at the time. Two of the three had what they were describing, in careful inquiry without leading or contaminating. The fascinating thing was that as I did a telephone-consult with a therapist that I'd been consulting for quite a number of months on an MPD case in another state, I told her to inquire about certain things. She said, "Well, what are those things?" I said, "I'm not going to tell you, because I don't want there to be any possibility of contamination. Just come back to me and tell me what the patient says." She called me back two hours later, said, "I just had a double session with this patient and there was a part of him that said, 'Oh, we're so excited. If you know about this stuff, you know how the Cult Programmers get on the inside and our therapy is going to go so much faster.'"
Many other patients since have had a reaction of wanting to pee their pants out of anxiety and fear rather than thinking it was wonderful thing. But the interesting thing was that she then asked, "What are these things?" They were word perfect -- same answers my source had given me. I've since repeated that in many parts of the country.
I've consulted in eleven states and one foreign country, in some cases over the telephone, in some cases in person, in some cases giving the therapist information ahead of time and saying, "Be very careful how you phrase this. Phrase it in these ways so you don't contaminate."
In other cases not even giving the therapist information ahead of time so they couldn't. When you start to find the same highly esoteric information in different states and different countries, from Florida to California, you start to get an idea that there's something going on that is very large, very well coordinated, with a great deal of communication and sytematicness to what's happening. So I have gone from someone kind of neutral and not knowing what to think about it all to someone who clearly believes ritual abuse is real and that the people who say it isn't are either naive like people who didn't want to believe the Holocaust or -- they're dirty. [Applause]
Now for a long time I would tell a select group of therapists that I knew and trusted, information and say, "Spread it out. Don't spread my name. Don't say where it came from. But here's some information. Share it with other therapists if you find it's on target, and I'd appreciate your feedback."
People would question -- in talks -- and say, you know, they were hungry for information. Myself, as well as a few others that I've shared it with, were hedging out of concern and out of personal threats and out of death threats. I finally decided to hell with them. If they're going to kill me, they're going to kill me. It's time to share more information with therapists. Part of that comes because we proceeded so cautiously and slowly, checking things in many different locations and find the same thing.
So I'm going to give you the way in with ritual-abuse programming. I certainly can't tell you everything that you want to know in forty-five or fifty minutes, but I'm going to give you the essentials to get inside and start working at a new level.
I don't know what proportion, honestly, of patients have this. I would guess that maybe somewhere around at least fifty percent, maybe as high as three-quarters, I would guess maybe two-thirds of your ritual-abuse patients may have this.
What do I think the distinguishing characteristic is? If they were raised from birth in a mainstream cult or if they were an non-bloodline person, meaning neither parent was in the Cult, but Cult people had a lot of access to them in early childhood, they may also have it.
I have seen more than one ritual-abuse patient who clearly had all the kind of ritual things you hear about. They seemed very genuine. They talked about all the typical things that you hear in this population, but had none of this programming with prolonged extensive checking. So I believe in one case I was personally treating that she was a kind of schizmatic break-off that had kind of gone off and done their own thing and were no longer hooked into a mainstream group. [Pause]
Here's where it appears to have come from. At the end of World War II, before it even ended, Allen Dulles and people from our Intelligence Community were already in Switzerland making contact to get out Nazi scientists. As World War II ends, they not only get out rocket scientists, but they also get out some Nazi doctors who have been doing mind-control research in the camps.
They brought them to the United States. Along with them was a young boy, a teenager, who had been raised in a Hasidic Jewish tradition and a background of Cabalistic mysticism that probably appealed to people in the Cult because at least by the turn of the century Aleister Crowley had been introducing Cabalism into Satanic stuff, if not earlier. I suspect it may have formed some bond between them.
But he saved his skin by collaborating and being an assistant to them in the death-camp experiments. They brought him with them. They started doing mind-control research for Military Intelligence in military hospitals in the United States. The people that came, the Nazi doctors, were Satanists. Subsequently, the boy changed his name, Americanized it some, obtained an M.D. degree, became a physician and continued this work that appears to be at the center of Cult Programming today. His name is known to patients throughout the country. [Pause]
What they basically do is they will get a child and they will start this, in basic forms, it appears, by about two and a half after the child's already been made dissociative. They'll make him dissociative not only through abuse, like sexual abuse, but also things like putting a mousetrap on their fingers and teaching the parents, "You do not go in until the child stops crying. Only then do you go in and remove it."
They start in rudimentary forms at about two and a half and kick into high gear, it appears, around six or six and a half, continue through adolescence with periodic reinforcements in adulthood.
Basically in the programming the child will be put typically on a gurney. They will have an IV in one hand or arm. They'll be strapped down, typically naked. There'll be wires attached to their head to monitor electroencephalograph patterns. They will see a pulsing light, most often described as red, occasionally white or blue. They'll be given, most commonly I believe, Demerol. Sometimes it'll be other drugs as well depending on the kind of programming. They have it, I think, down to a science where they've learned you give so much every twenty-five minutes until the programming is done.
They then will describe a pain on one ear, their right ear generally, where it appears a needle has been placed, and they will hear weird, disorienting sounds in that ear while they see photic stimulation to drive the brain into a brainwave pattern with a pulsing light at a certain frequency not unlike the goggles that are now available through Sharper Image and some of those kinds of stores.
Then, after a suitable period when they're in a certain brainwave state, they will begin programming, programming oriented to self-destruction and debasement of the person. In a patient at this point in time about eight years old who has gone through a great deal early programming took place on a military installation. That's not uncommon.
I've treated and been involved with cases who are part of this original mind-control project as well as having their programming on military reservations in many cases. We find a lot of connections with the CIA. This patient now was in a Cult school, a private Cult school where several of these sessions occurred a week. She would go into a room, get all hooked up. They would do all of these sorts of things. When she was in the proper altered state, now they were no longer having to monitor it with electroencephalographs, she also had already had placed on her electrodes, one in the vagina, for example, four on the head. Sometimes they'll be on other parts of the body.
They will then begin and they would say to her, "You are angry with someone in the group." She'd say, "No, I'm not" and they'd violently shock her. They would say the same thing until she complied and didn't make any negative response. Then they would continue. "And because you are angry with someone in the group," or "When you are angry with someone in the group, you will hurt yourself. Do you understand?" She said, "No" and they shocked her. They repeated again, "Do you understand?" "Well, yes, but I don't want to." Shock her again until they get compliance. Then they keep adding to it. "And you will hurt yourself by cutting yourself. Do you understand?" Maybe she'd say yes, but they might say, "We don't believe you" and shock her anyway. "Go back and go over it again." They would continue in this sort of fashion.
She said typically it seemed as though they'd go about thirty minutes, take a break for a smoke or something, come back. They may review what they'd done and stopped or they might review what they'd done and go on to new material. She said the sessions might go half an hour, they might go three hours. She estimated three times a week.
Programming under the influence of drugs in a certain brainwave state and with these noises in one ear and them speaking in the other ear, usually the left ear, associated with right hemisphere non-dominant brain functioning, and with them talking, therefore, and requiring intense concentration, intense focusing. Because often they'll have to memorize and say certain things back, word-perfect, to avoid punishment, shock, and other kinds of things that are occurring. This is basically how a lot of programming goes on.
Some of it'll also use other typical brainwashing kinds of techniques. There will be very standardized types of hypnotic things done at times. There'll be sensory deprivation which we know increases suggestibility in anyone. Total sensory deprivation, suggestibility has significantly increased, from the research. It's not uncommon for them to use a great deal of that, including formal sensory-deprivation chambers before they do certain of these things. [Pause]
Now let me give you, because we don't have a lot of time, as much practical information as I can. The way that I would inquire as to whether or not some of this might be there would be with ideomotor finger-signals.
After you've set them up I would say, "I want the central inner core of you to take control of the finger-signals." Don't ask the unconscious mind. The case where you're inquiring about ritual abuse, that's for the central inner core. The core is a Cult-created part. "And I want that central inner core of you to take control of this hand of these finger-signals and what it has for the yes-finger to float up.
I want to ask the inner core of you is there any part of you, any part of Mary," that's the host's name, "who knows anything about Alpha, Beta, Delta, or Theta." If you get a Yes, it should raise a red flag that you might have someone with formal intensive brainwashing and programming in place. I would then ask and say, "I want a part inside who knows something about Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Theta to come up to a level where you can speak to me and when you're here say, 'I'm here.'" I would not ask if a part was willing to. No one's going to particularly want to talk about this. I would just say, "I want some part who can tell me about this to come out."
Without leading them ask them what these things are. I've had consults where I've come in. Sometimes I've gotten a Yes to that, but as I've done exploration it appeared to be some kind of compliance response or somebody wanting, in two or three cases, to appear maybe that they were ritual abuse and maybe they were in some way, but with careful inquiry and looking it was obvious that they did not have what we were looking for.
Let me tell you what these are. Let's suppose that this whole front row here are multiples and that she has an alter named Helen and she has one named Mary, she has one named Gertrude, she has one named Elizabeth, and she has one named Monica. Every one of those alters may have put on it a program, perhaps designated alpha-zero-zero-nine a Cult person could say, "Alpha-zero-zero-nine" or make some kind of hand gesture to indicate this and get the same part out in any one of them even though they had different names that they may be known by to you.
Alphas appear to represent general programming, the first kind of things put in. Betas appear to be sexual programs. For example, how to perform oral sex in a certain way, how to perform sex in rituals, having to do with producing child pornography, directing child pornography, prostitution. Deltas are killers trained in how to kill in ceremonies. There'll also be some self-harm stuff mixed in with that, assassination and killing. Thetas are called psychic killers. You know, I had never in my life heard those two terms paired together. I'd never heard the words "psychic killers" put together, but when you have people in different states, including therapists inquiring and asking, "What is Theta," and patients say to them, "Psychic killers," it tends to make one a believer that certain things are very systematic and very widespread. This comes from their belief in psychic sorts of abilities and powers, including their ability to psychically communicate with "mother'" including their ability to psychically cause somebody to develop a brain aneurysm and die. It also is a more future-oriented kind of programming.
Then there's Omega. I usually don't include that word when I say my first question about this or any part inside that knows about Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta because Omega will shake them even more. Omega has to do with self-destruct programming. Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. This can include self-mutilation as well as killing-themselves programming.
Gamma appears to be system-protection and deception programming which will provide misinformation to you, try to misdirect you, tell you half-truths, protect different things inside. There can also be other Greek letters. I'd recommend that you go and get your entire Greek alphabet and if you have verified that some of this stuff is present and they have given you some of the right answers about what some of this material is, and I can't underline enough: DO NOT LEAD THEM. Do not say, "Is this killers?" Get the answer from them, please. When you've done this and it appears to be present, I would take your entire Greek alphabet and, with ideomotor signals, go through the alphabet and say, "Is there any programming inside associated with epsilon, omicron," and go on through. There may be some sytematicness to some of the other letter, but I'm not aware of it.
I've found, for example, in one case that Zeta had to do with the production of snuff films that this person was involved with. With another person, Omicron had to do with their linkage and associations with drug smuggling and with the Mafia and with big business and government leaders. So there's going to be some individualism, I think, in some of those. Some of those are come-home programs, "come back to the Cult", "return to the Cult" program.
Here's the flaw in the system. They have built in shut-down and erasure codes so if they got into trouble they could shut something down and they could also erase something. These codes will sometimes be idiosyncratic phrases, or ditties. Sometimes they will be numbers maybe followed by a word. There's some real individuality to that. At first I had hoped if we can get some of these maybe they'll work with different people. No such luck. It's very unlikely unless they were programmed at about the same point in time as part of the same little group. Stuff that I've seen suggests that they carry laptop computers, the programmers, which still include everything that they did twenty, thirty years ago in them in terms of the names of alters, the programs, the codes, and so on.
Now what you can do is get erasure codes, and I always ask, "If I say this code, what will happen?' Doublecheck. "Is there any part inside who has different information?" Watch your ideomotor signals and what I've found is you can erase programs by giving the appropriate codes, but then you must abreact the feelings.
So if you erase Omega, which is often where I've started because it's the most high risk. Afterwards I will get all the Omega, what were formerly Omega alters, together so that we will abreact and give back to the host the memories associated with all the programming that was done with Omega and anything any Omega part ever had to do in a fractionated abreaction.
They use the metaphor -- and it is their metaphor -- of robots. and it is like a robot shell comes down over the child alter to make them act in robotic fashion. Once in a while internally you'll confront robots.
What I found from earlier work, and so I speed the process up now because I confirmed it enough times, is that you can say to the core, "Core, I want you to look -- there's this robot blocking the way in some way, blocking the progress. Go around and look at the back of the head and tell me what you notice on the back of the head or the neck." I just ask it very non-leading like that and what's commonly said to me is that there were wires or a switch. So I'll tell them, "Hold the wires or flip the switch and it will immobilize the robot and give me a yes-signal when you've done it." Pretty soon you get a yes-signal. "Great. Now that the robot is immobilized, I want you to look inside the robot and tell me what you see." It's generally one or several children. I have them remove the children. I do a little hypnotic magic and ask the core to use a laser and vaporize the robot so nothing is left. They're usually quite amazed that this works, as have been a number of therapists. [Pause]
Now there are many different layers of this stuff is the problem. Let me come over to the overhead and give some ideas about them. What we have up here are innumerable alters. I'll tell you one of the fascinating things I've seen. I remember a little over a year ago coming in to see some cases, some of the tough cases at a dissociative-disorders unit of a couple of the finest of the MPD therapists in this country, who are always part of all the international meetings, have lectured internationally. We worked and I look at some of their patients. They were amazed at certain things because they had not been aware of this before. As we worked with some of the patients and confirmed it, I remember one woman who'd been inpatient for three years, still was inpatient. Another who had one intensive year of inpatient work with all the finest MPD therapy you can imagine -- abreactions, integrations, facilitating cooperation, art therapy, on and on and on, journaling, intensively for one inpatient year followed by an intensive year of outpatient therapy two, three hours a week. In both patients we found out that all of this great work had done nothing but deal with the alters up here and had not touched the mind-control programming.
In fact it was not only intact, but we found that the one who was outpatient was having her therapy monitored every session by her mother, out-of-state, over the telephone, and that she still had intact suggestions that had been give to her at a certain future time to kill her therapist. Now one of the things that I would very carefully check is, I would suggest that you ask the core, not just the unconscious mind, ask the core, "Is there any part inside that continues to have contact with people associated with the Cult? Is there any part inside who goes to Cult rituals or meetings? Is there a recording device inside of Mary," if that's the host's name, "a recording device inside so that someone can find out the things that are said in sessions?" This doesn't mean they're monitored. Many of them just simply have it. "Is there someone who debriefs some part inside for what happens in our therapy sessions?" I have the very uncomfortable feeling from some past experience that when you look at this you will find the large proportion of ritual-abuse victims in this country are having their ongoing therapy monitored.
I remember a woman who came in about twenty-four years old, claimed her father was a Satanist. Her parents divorced when she was six. After that it would only when her father had visitation and he would take her to rituals sometimes up until age fifteen. She said, "I haven't gone to anything since I was fifteen." Her therapist believed this at face value. We sat in my office. We did a two-hour inquiry using hypnosis. We found the programming present. In addition to that we found that every therapy session was debriefed and in fact they had told her to get sick and not come to the appointment with me. Another one had been told that I was Cult and that if she came I would know that she'd been told not to come and I would punish her. If anything meaningful comes out in a patient who's being monitored like that -- from what I've learned thus far, they're tortured with electric shocks -- my belief is if they're in that situation you can't do meaningful therapy other than being supportive and caring and letting them know you care a lot and you'll be there to support them.
But I wouldn't try to work with any kind of deep material or deprogramming with them because I think it can do nothing but get them tortured and hurt unless they can get into a safe, secure inpatient unit for an extended period of time to do some of the work required. I have a feeling that when you make inquiries you're going to find that probably greater than fifty percent of these patients, if they're bloodline, meaning mother or dad or both involved, will be monitored on some ongoing basis. [Pause]
Now when you come below the alters, you then have Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta, so and so forth, the Greek-letter programming and they will then have backup programs. There will typically be an erasure code for the backups. There may be one code that combines all the backups into one and then an erasure code for them, simply one code that erases all the backups. So I will get the code for, let's say, Omega and for all the Omega backups at the same time. After I've asked "What will happen if I give this," I will give the code and then I will say, "What are you experiencing?" They often describe computer whirring, things erasing, explosions inside, all sorts of interesting things. I've had some therapists come back and say, "My Lord, I had never said anything about robots she said something about robots vaporizing." I remember one therapist who'd been with me in several hypnosis workshops and consulted with me about a crisis MPD situation. I told her to inquire about Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta. She did. She got back to me saying, "Yeah, I got an indication it's there. What is it?" I said, "I'm not going to tell you. Go back and inquire about some of this." We set an appointment for a week or so hence. She got back with me and said, "I asked what Theta was and she said, 'psychic killers.' I asked her what Delta was and she said 'killers.'" Okay. So I told her about some of this stuff for a two-hour consult. She called back and she said, "This seemed too fantastic. I heard this and I thought, 'Has Cory been working too hard?'" she said, I'm embarrassed to admit it, but she said, "I held you in high professional regard, but this just sounded so off in the twilight zone that I really thought, 'Is he having a nervous breakdown or something?'" She said, "But I respected you enough to ask about this." She said, "I asked another MPD patient and she didn't have any of this." So in this patient she started describing things and how she worked, for example, with an erasure and she was describing things like robots vaporizing and kinds of things. She said, "I hadn't told her about any of these things." Well, here's the problem. There are different layers and I think some of them are designed to keep us going in circles forever. They figured we probably, in most cases, wouldn't get below the alters which they purposefully created.
The way you create Manchurian Candidates is you divide the mind. It's part of what the Intelligence Community wanted to look at. If you're going to get an assassin, you're going to get somebody to go do something, you divide the mind. It fascinates me about cases like the assassination of Robert Kennedy, where Bernard Diamond, on examining Sirhan Sirhan found that he had total amnesia of the killing of Robert Kennedy, but under hypnosis could remember it. But despite suggestions he would be able to consciously remember, could not remember a thing after was out of hypnosis. I'd love to examine Sirhan Sirhan.
It appears that below this we've got some other layers. One is called "Green Programming" it appears. Isn't it interesting that the doctor's name is Dr. Green? One of the questions in a way that does not contaminate is after I've identified some of this stuff is there and they've given me a few right answers about what some of it is, "If there were a doctor associated with this programming and his name were a color, you know, like Dr. Chartreuse or something, if his name were a color, what color would the color be?" Now once in a while I've had some other colors mentioned in about three or four patients that I felt were trying to dissimulate in some way and I don't really believe had this. In one case I got another color and I found out later it was a doctor whose name was a color who was being trained by Dr. Green almost thirty years ago and he supervised part of the programming of this woman under this doctor. I remember one woman couldn't come up with anything. No alter would speak up with anything. I said, "Okay," and we went on to some other material. About two minutes later she said, "Green. Do you mean Dr. Green?" We found this all over. There appears to be some Green Programming below that and I suspect that you get down to fewer and more central programs the deeper you go.
Well, all Green Programming is Ultra-Green and the Green Tree. Cabalistic mysticism is mixed all into this. If you're going to work with this you need to pick up a couple of books on the Cabala. One is by a man named Dion Fortune called "Qabala" with a "q," Dion Fortune. Another is by Ann Williams-Heller and it's called "The Kabbalah." I knew nothing about the Cabala. It was interesting. A patient had sat in my waiting area, got there considerably early and drew a detailed multicolored Cabalistic Tree over two years ago. It took me two months to figure out what it was. Finally, showing it to somebody else who said, "You know? That looks an awful lot like the Cabala Tree" and that rang a bell with some esoteric in an old book and I dug it out. That was the background of Dr. Green.
Now the interesting thing about the Green Tree is his original name was Greenbaum. What does "greenbaum" mean in German? Green Tree, Ultra-Tree and the Green Tree. I've also had patients who didn't appear to know that his original name was Greenbaum, volunteered that there were parts inside named Mr. Greenbaum. Now let me give you some information about parts inside that may be helpful to you if you're going to inquire about these things, because my experience is one part will give you some information and either run dry or get defensive or scared and stop. and so you punt and you make an end run and you come around the other direction, you find another part.
I'll tell you several parts to ask for and ask if there's a part by this name. And, by the way, when I'm screening patients and fiddling around with this, I throw in a bunch of spurious ones and ask, "Is there a part inside by this name and by that name" as a check on whether or not it appears genuine. For example. "In addition to the core," I ask, "is there a part inside named Wisdom?" Wisdom is a part of the Cabalistic Tree. Wisdom, I've often found, will be helpful and give you a lot of information. "Is there a part inside named Diana?" I mean I may throw in all sorts of things. "Is there a part inside named Zelda?" I've never encountered one yet! Just to see what kind of answers we get. I try to do this carefully. Diana is a part that, in the Cabalistic system, is associated with a part called the Foundation. You will be fascinated to know that.
Remember the Process Church? Roman Polanski's wife, Sharon Tate, was killed by the Manson Family who were associated with the Process Church? A lot of prominent people in Hollywood were associated and then they went underground, the books say, in about seventy-eight and vanished? Well, they're alive and well in southern Utah. We have a thick file in the Utah Department of Public Safety documenting that they moved to southern Utah, north of Monument Valley, bought a movie ranch in the desert, renovated it, expanded it, built a bunch of buildings there, carefully monitored so that very few people go out of there and no one can get in and changed their name. A key word in their name is "Foundation." The Foundation. There are some other words. The Foundation is part of the Tree. So you can ask, "Is there something inside known as The Foundation?" I might ask other things to throw people off. "Is there something known as the Sub- Basement?" Well, maybe they'll conceive of something. Or "Is there something known as the Walls?" There are a variety of questions you can come up with, to sort of screen some things.
I've also found that there will often be a part called "Black Master," a part called "Master Programmer," and that there will be computer operators inside. How many of you have come into computer things in patients? There will typically be computer operators: Computer Operator Black, Computer Operator Green, Computer Operator Purple. Sometimes they'll have numbers instead, sometimes they'll be called Systems Information Directors. You can find out the head one of those. There'll be a source of some information for you. I will ask inside, "Is there a part inside named Dr. Green?" You'll find that there are, if they have this kind of programming, in my experience. Usually with a little work and reframing, you can turn them and help them to realize that they were really a child-part who's playing a role and they had no choice then, but they do now. You know, they played their role very, very well, but they don't have to continue to play it with you because they're safe here and in fact, "If the Cult simply found out that you talked to me, that they you had shared information with me, you tell me what would they do to you?"
Emphasize that the only way out is through me and that they need to cooperate and share information and help me and that I'll help them. So all these parts can give you various information. Now they have tried to protect this very carefully. Let me give you an example with Ultra-Green.
I discovered this -- by the way I used to think this programming was only in bloodline people. I've discovered it in non-bloodline people, but it's a bit different. They don't want it to be just the same. I don't think you'll find deep things like Ultra-Green and probably not even Green Programming with non-bloodline people. But let me tell you something that I discovered first in a non-bloodline and then in a bloodline. We were going along and a patient was close to getting well, approaching final integration in a non-bloodline and she suddenly started hallucinating and her fingers were becoming hammers and other things like that. So I used an affect-bridge and we went back and we found that what happened was that they gave suggestions, that if she ever got well to a certain point she would go crazy.
The way they did this was they strapped her down and they gave her LSD when she was eight years old. When she began hallucinating they inquired about the nature of the hallucinations so they could utilize them in good Ericsonian fashion and build on them and then combine the drug-effect with powerful suggestions. "If you ever get to this point you will go crazy. If you ever get fully integrated and get well you will go crazy like this and will be locked up in an institution for the rest of your life. They gave those suggestions vigorously and repetitively.
Finally they introduced other suggestions that, "Rather than have this happen, it would be easier to just kill yourself." In a bloodline patient then, as I began inquiring about deep material, the patient started to experience similar symptoms. We went back and we found the identical things were done to her.
This was called the "Green Bomb." B-O-M-B. Lots of interesting internal consistencies like that play on words with Dr. Greenbaum, his original name.
Now in this case it was done to her at age nine for the first time and then only hers was different. Hers was a suggestion for amnesia. "If you ever remember anything about Ultra-Green and the Green Tree you will go crazy. You will become a vegetable and be locked up forever." Then finally the suggestions added, "And it'll be easier to just kill yourself than have that happen to you, if you ever remember it." At age twelve then, three years later, they used what sounds like an Amytol interview to try to breach the amnesia and find out if they could. They couldn't. So then they strapped her down again, took and gave her something to kind of paralyze her body, gave her LSD, an even bigger dose and reinforced all the suggestions. Did a similar thing at the age of sixteen. So these are some of the kind of booby traps you run into.
There are a number of cases where they combined powerful drug effects like this with suggestions to keep us from discovering some of this deeper level stuff. What's the bottom? Your guess is as good as mine but I can tell you that I've had a lot of therapists who were stymied with these cases who were going nowhere.
In fact someone here that I told some basic information about this to in Ohio a couple of months ago said it opened all sorts of things up in a patient who'd been going nowhere. That's an often common thing. I think that we can move down to deeper levels and if we deal with some of the deeper level stuff it may destroy all the stuff above it. But we don't even know that yet.
In some of the patients I'm working with we have pretty much dealt with a lot of the top-level stuff. I'll tell you how we've done some of that. We'll take and erase one system like Omega. Then we will have a huge abreaction of all the memories and feelings in a fractionated abreaction associated with those parts. I typically find I'll say to them, "Now that we've done this are there any other memories and feelings that any parts that were Omega still have?" The answer's usually "No." At that point I will say, "I usually find at this point in time the majority, if not all, of those parts that used to be Omega no longer feel a desire or need to be different, realizing that you split off originally by them and want to go home to Mary and become one with her again."
I use the concept often now -- which came from a patient -- of going home and becoming one with her. "Going back from whence you came" is another phrase I'll use with them. "Are there any Omega parts inside who do not feel comfortable with that or have reservations or concerns about that?" If there are we talk to them. We deal with them. A few may not integrate. My experience is most of the time they'll integrate and we may integrate twenty-five parts at once in a polyfragmented complex MPD.
I think it is vitally important to abreact the feelings before you go on. Also for many patients it hasn't seemed to matter the order we go in but I've found a couple where it has. If it doesn't seem to matter I'll typically go Omega, then Delta because they have more violence potential, then Gamma to get rid of the self-deception stuff. What I will do before I just assume anything and do that, is once we've done Omega and showed them that success can occur and something can happen and they feel relief after, I will say to them, "I want to ask the core -- through the fingers -- is there a specific order in which programs must be erased?" You know maybe it doesn't matter but most of the time I found "No." There are cases where we found "Yes."
I recommend doing one or two or three of those because they'll produce relief and and a sense of optimism in the patient. But then I would recommend starting to probe for the deeper level things and getting their input and recommendations about the order in which we go.
Question?
Q: What has been the typical age and typical gender of this type of person?
Dr.H: I know of this being found in men and women. Most of the patients I know with MPD ritual abuse that are being treated are women, however. I know of some men being treated where we've found this. A while back I was talking to a small group of therapists somewhere. I told them about some of this. In the middle of talking about some of this all the color drained out of one social worker's face and she obviously had a reaction and I asked her about and she said, "I'm working with a five-year-old boy," and she said, "Just in the last few weeks he was saying something about a Dr. Green." I went on a little further and I mentioned some of these things and she just shook her head again. I said, "What's going on?" She said, "He's been spontaneously telling me about robots and about Omega." I think you will find variations of this and that they've changed it, probably every few years and maybe somewhat regionally to throw us off in various ways but that certain basics and fundamentals will probably be there. I have seen this in people up into their forties including people whose parents were very, very high in the CIA, other sorts of things like that. I've had some that were originally part of the Monarch Project which is the name of the government Intelligence project.
Question in the back?
Q: I'm still not grasping how one starts, how you find out how to erase. How do you get that information?
Dr.H: I would say, "I want the core, if necessary, using the telepathic communication ability you have to read minds," because they believe in that kind of stuff, "so I'll use it..." I was trained in Ericsonian stuff, "...to obtain for me the erasure code of all Omega programs. When you've done so, I want the yes-finger to float up." Then I ask them to tell it to me. "Are there backups for Omega programs?" "Yes." "Okay? How many backups are there?" "Six," they say, let's say. It's different numbers. "Is there an erasure code for all the backup programs?" "No." "Is there an erasure code that combines all the backups into one?" "Yes." "Obtain that code for me and when you've go it give me the yes-signal again." It can move almost that fast in some cases where there's not massive resistance.

Q: Yes, can you tell me what you know about the risks to the therapist? [Laughter]
Dr.H: You would have to ask.
Q: Yeah, I'd like to know that. What kind of data do you have given that you've had contact with large numbers of people. Not just threats but also any injury, any family problems that have arisen. That's one question. A second one is are you aware of anybody that you've treated -- or others -- with this level of dissociation and trauma that have recovered? Integrated? Whole and happy?
Dr.H: Okay, I have one non-bloodline multiple, complex multiple who had this kind of programming where they have a lot of access to the patient as neighbors and where the doctor, by the way, you'll find physicians heavily involved.
They've encouraged their own to go to medical school, to prescribe drugs to take care of their own, to get access to medical technology and be above suspicion. There have been a couple, in fact, in Utah who've been nailed now.
We now in Utah have two full time ritual-abuse investigators with statewide jurisdiction under the Attorney General's Office to do nothing but investigate this. [Applause] Okay?
In a poll done in the State of Utah in January by the major newspaper and television station, they found that ninety percent of Utahans believe that ritual abuse is genuine and real. Not all of them believe it's a frequent occurrence but some of that was imparted from two years of work by the Governor Commission on Ritual Abuse, interviewing, talking, meeting people, gathering data. Now when people say, by the way, "There's no evidence. They've never found a body," that's baloney.
They found a body in Idaho of a child. They've had a case last summer that was convicted on first-degree murder charges, two people that the summer before that were arrested where the teenaged girl's finger and head were in the refrigerator and they were convicted of first-degree murder in Detroit. There have been cases and bodies.
Back to risk. I know of no therapist who's been harmed. But patients inform us that there will come a future time where we could be at risk of being assassinated by patients who've been programmed to kill at a certain time anyone that they've told and any member of their own family who's not active. If that would come about is speculative. Who knows for sure? Maybe, but I don't think it's entirely without risk.
A question in the back?
Q: It seems to me that there seems to be some similarity between these kinds of programming and those people who claim that they've been abducted by spaceships and have had themselves physically probed and reprogrammed and all of that sort of thing. Since Cape Canaveral is across the Florida peninsula from me and I don't think that they've reported any spaceships lately, I was just wondering is there any sort of relationship between this and that?
Dr.H: I'll share my speculation, that comes from others really. I've not dealt with any of those people. However, I know a therapist that I know and trust and respect who I've informed about all this a couple of years ago and has found it in a lot of patients and so on, who is firmly of the belief that those people are in fact ritual-abuse victims who have been programmed with that sort of thing to destroy all their credibility.
If somebody's coming in and reporting abduction by a flying sauce who's going to believe them on anything else in the future? Also as a kind of thing that can be pointed to and said, "This is as ridiculous as that." All I know is that I recently had a consult, a telephone consult, with a therapist where I had been instructing her about some of this kind of stuff. When we were consulting at one point in the fifth or sixth interview she said, "By the way, do you know anything about this topic?" I said, "Well, not really" and shared with her what I shared with you. I said, "If it were me being with this guy..." that she'd been seeing for a couple of months, I said, "I would ask inside for the core to take control of finger-signals and inquire about Alpha, Beta, Delta, Theta." She proceeded to do all that, got back to me a week later and said, "Boy, were you on target. There is a part inside named Dr. Green. There's this kind of programming."
Yes?
Q: What's the difference between this kind of program and cult-type abuse and Satanic abuse in the kind of cults with the candles and the...
Dr.H: This type of programming will be done in the cults with the candles and all the rest. My impression is this is simply done in people where they have great access to them or they're bloodline and their parents are in it and they can be raised in it from an early age.
If they are bloodline they are the chosen generation. If not, they're expendable and they are expected to die and not get well. There will be booby traps in your way if they aren't non-bloodline people that when they get well they will kill themselves. I'll tell you just a little about that.
My belief is that some people that have ritual abuse and don't have this have been ritually abused but they may be may be part of a non-mainstream group. The Satanism comes in the overall philosophy overriding all of this. People say, "What's the purpose of it?" My best guess is that the purpose of it is that they want an army of Manchurian Candidates, ten of thousands of mental robots who will do prostitution, do child pornography, smuggle drugs, engage in international arms smuggling, do snuff films, all sorts of very lucrative things and do their bidding and eventually the megalomaniacs at the top believe they'll create a Satanic Order that will rule the world. One last question. Then I'll give you couple of details and we need to shift gears.
Q: You have suggested and implied that at some point at a high level of the U.S. Government there was support of this kind of thing. I know we're short of time, but could you just say a few words about the documentation that may exist for that suggestion?
Dr.H: There isn't great documentation of it. It comes from victims who are imperiled witnesses. The interesting thing is how many people have described the same scenario and how many people that we have worked with who have had relatives in NASA, in the CIA and in the Military, including very high-ups in the Military.
I can tell you that a friend and colleague of mine who has probably the equivalent of half the table space on that far side of the room filled with boxes with declassified documents from mind-control research done in the past which has been able to be declassified over a considerable -- couple of decades -- period and has read more government documents about mind control than anyone else, has a brief that has literally been sent in the past week and a half asking for all information to be declassified about the Monarch Project for us to try to find out more.
Now let me just mention something about some of the stuff that my experience is in several patients now that you may run into late in the process. I know I'm throwing a lot at you in a hurry. Some of it is completely foreign and some of you may think, "Gosh, could any of this be true?" Just, you know, ask. Find out in your patients and you may be lucky and there isn't any of this. Somewhere at a deep level you may run into some things like this. Let me describe to you, if I can find my pen, the system in one patient.
One patient I had treated for quite a while, a non-bloodline person. We had done what appeared to be successful work and reached final integration. She came back to me early last year and said she was symptomatic with some things. I started inquiring. I found a part there we'd integrated. The part basically said, "There was other stuff that I couldn't tell you about and you integrated me and so I had to split off." I had done some inquiring about things like Alpha, Beta as a routine part of it and found they were there and I said to this part, "Why didn't you tell me about this stuff?" She said, "Well, we gave you some hints but they went right over your head." Says, "I'm sorry, but we know that you didn't know enough to help us but now we know you can." So the stuff started coming out. It was interesting. She described the overall system -- if I can remember it now -- as being like this.
The circle represented harm to the body, a system of alters whose primary purpose was to hurt her including symptoms like Munchhausen's, self- mutilation, other kinds of things.
Each of the triangles represented still another different system. She said, "With the exception of me," this one part, "you dealt with the whole circle with the work that we did before but you didn't touch the rest of the stuff." Okay.
In the middle of all this was still another system consisting of the Cabalistic Tree, which some of you are aware, looks approximately like this with lines in between and so on and so forth. There's a rough approximation. That represented another system.
Then once we got past that she implied that this entire thing was somehow encompassed by, what do you call it, an hourglass. I kept thinking we were at final integration then I'd find some other parts. This person had an eagle- eye husband that was watching for certain things that we found to be reliable indicators.
So often I would get evidence of dissociation within a few days. It would suddenly be picked up. You know, what we found was I continued to find evidence of dissociation and I'd find parts. Finally this part, as I got angry with him and said, "Why when I give these ideomotor inquiries am I getting lied to?" This part said, "Because you don't understand. You're going to get us all killed." We started talking and then she basically said, "It's been programmed so that if you succeed and think you've succeeded, you will fail. They build it in as a way to laugh at you, that if you ever get us integrated, we will die."
Here's what she said, this part said, "I'm one of twelve disciples," and I've seen this in others, twelve disciples within this hourglass each of whom had to memorize a disciple-lesson which were basic Satanic kind of premises, philosophies of life like "be good to those who hurt you, hate those who are nice to you," on and on and on. There may be two or three sentences like that associated with each that they had to memorize them.
They said, "We are like grains of sand falling and when the last grain of sand falls, there's Death." I said, "Is Death a part?" "Yes. When the last grain of sand falls the Sleeping Giant awakens." The Sleeping Giant was Death, who was then to kill them on Day-One or Day-Six after awakening unless certain things were followed and we did some of those.
Well we also found Death had a sister as a backup, used with mirrors to create the sister part. We had to get past and deal with that too. Death had certain things that they said had to be done to integrate. I started to say, "Oh, come on, they lied to you before." She said, "Wait a minute. This what they said you'd say. They said that no doctor would ever believe that they had to go these extremes to get us well and that's part of the reason they'd fail." I said, "Well, tell me, tell me again." She said, "I have to be dressed all in red. I have to have Demerol onboard, have taken Demerol. A code has to be given and it has to be in a room that's totally dark. It has to happen on Day-One or Day-Six after this part's been awakened." I said what I'd have to lose? I had a psychiatrist give her a little Demerol. We used the code. My office didn't have any windows anyway. It was pretty easy. Oh, and there had to be four, I think, candles lit.
Well, fine. So we did it and everything went well. Maybe it would have gone well if we hadn't done it, but I decided not to take the chance and to trust the patient maybe. Well, so we go on and then we find another part. There's Death And Destruction, another backup also with a sister that we had to get through. In fact, I think there were two backups there. Interestingly, the very last part was an extremely nice part, made especially that way so that they wouldn't want to lose them because they would be so adorable and so loving and so sweet that they wouldn't want to maybe get rid of them.
Then we found that she continued to have these feelings with this last part left now of darkness and blackness inside. What did we find? A curtain. She said, "They assumed that if you ever got to this point, you would," and along the way, by the way, we had encountered this stuff about the LSD stuff, the Green Bomb programming. The message was that she said, "There is a curtain behind which are the remaining feelings and memories, but it can't be opened from the middle. It's like a stage curtain. It has to opened this way," that it can't be opened. They assumed that you would try to deal with all the feelings. That can't be opened until you've dealt with that last part and they've integrated. So far it looks like we've got integration that's holding.
So I found Death And Destruction and the Hourglass in non-bloodline. "The Tree and the Hourglass," this patient informed me, "were made of sand because we were meant to die. We're expendable. We're the unchosen generation." I've heard variously that it's crystals or blood that fills the Hourglass in bloodline people. By the way, you can do real simple things like turn the Hourglass on its side so nothing can fall out, so time stands still to be able to do certain kinds of work. Spread the grains of sand on the seashore so that they can't be numbered and the time will not be counted. Got that idea from a ritual-abuse victim who had seen some of this kind of programming done that another therapist was seeing.
So those would be just a few other hints about things that may be helpful or meaningful. We're talking about very intensive things and at deep levels to to me this give us two things. One thing it gives to me is hope because it gets to material and it makes progress like nothing else we've ever seen with these people who have it. The second thing it does for me is it demoralizes me, too, because although three years ago I had a pretty good idea about the extent and breadth of what they'd one to these victims, I had no real appreciation for the depth and breadth and intensity of what they'd done.
I want to come back to the other question over here now. The other question is how many of them can get well? We don't know. In most things in the mental health profession we accept two-thirds of the patients are going to improve, maybe seventy percent. There's very little we can get everybody well.
I think one of the sad things we have to face is that many of these patients will probably never be well. My personal belief is that if they are being messed with their only hope of getting well is if they can somehow get out of contact.
Now I know patients who've gone to other states and simply had deep- level alters pick up the phone and call and said, "This is our new address and phone number" so that they could be picked up locally. I mean in an inpatient unit for an extended period of time. If they are in a Cult from their area and they are still being monitored and messed with, my own personal opinion is we can't get them well and can't offer more than humanitarian caring and supportiveness. Lots of therapists do not like to hear that. That's my opinion.
I believe that if somehow they're lucky enough to be wealthy enough to have protection, to have somehow gotten away in some way and we can work with them without being messed with, that they have a chance to reach some semblance of normality and livability with enough intensive work.
My own personal belief is I don't think anybody with this kind of programming is well in this country yet. There are some who are well along the way. I've got a couple who are well along in their work and have done a tremendous amount, but they're clearly not well yet.
Q: Could you speculate on the relationship between this stuff and the fantasy games that have been proliferating, Dungeons and Dragons and that sort of thing?
Dr.H: Well, there are a lot of things out there to cue people. You want to see a great movie, interesting movie, to cue people? Go see "Trancers II." You can rent it in your video shop. Came out last fall.
One night in sheer desperation for something at the video store, you know? Nine o'clock on Friday night. Everything's gone. I rented a couple of movies and one of them is that. Fascinating. They're talking about Green World Order. Yes, "Trancers II." And who is the production company? Full Moon Productions. I couldn't see much cuing in "Trancers I," but who's the production company in "Trancers I"? Alter Productions.
There are lots of things around that are cuing. There's an interesting person in the late sixties who talked about the Illuminati. Have any of you ever heard of the Illuminati with regard to the Cult? Had a patient bring that up to me just about exactly two years ago. We've now had other stuff come out from other patients. Appears to be the name of the international world leadership. There appear to be Illuminatic Counsels in several parts of the world and one internationally. The name of the international leadership of the Cult supposedly. Is this true? well, I don't know. It's interesting we're getting some people who are trying to work without cuing who are saying some very similar things.
There was an old guy in Hollywood in the late sixties who talked about the infiltration of Hollywood by the Illuminati. Certainly what some patients have said is all of this spook stuff, horror stuff, possession and everything else that's been popularized in the last twenty years in Hollywood is in order to soften up the public so that when a Satanic world order takes over, everyone will have been desensitized to so many of these things, plus to continually cue lots of people out there. is that true? Well, I can't definitely tell you that it is.
What I can say is I now believe that ritual-abuse programming is widespread, is systematic, is very organized from highly esoteric information which is published nowhere, has not been on any book or talk show, that we have found all around this country and at least one foreign country.
Let's take a couple of quick questions and we need to get on to other material. Yes?
Q: Do you have any techniques for decreasing your level of uncertainty that a patient is or is not being still tampered with, "messed with," as you said?
Dr.H: Just that I would ask several of the parts I've inquired about, Core, Diana, Wisdom, Master Programmer, several parts inside I would ask about these sorts of things and I will keep asking it. As you do additional work and get a bit further, I would ask again to find out. In the back?
Q: I wonder if you've heard or you know of the Martin Luther Bloodline?
Dr.H: The what?
Q: Martin Luther Bloodline?
Dr.H: I know nothing about Martin Luther Bloodline. I'll give you one other quick tip. Ask him about an identification code. There's an identification code that people have. It will involve their birth date. It may involve places where they were programmed and it will usually involve a number in there that will be their birth order, like zero-two if they were second-born. It will usually involve a number that represents the number of generations in the Cult, if they are bloodlines. I've seen up to twelve now, twelve generations.
Q: I have seen a lot of the things you've been describing today in several patients. I wanted to ask you a question about the Seven Systems. You mentioned something about systems here. Are there Seven Systems?
Dr.H: There has been that described in some patients, yes, the Seven Systems.
Q: Could you say what that is or a little diagram?
Dr.H: I don't think we know enough to know what it is, honestly. I think it may have to do with Seven Cabalistic Trees.
Q: Have you ever had any evidence where any of these people have been tagged and there have been anything of their body-parts that might be related to this, private parts in particular?
Dr.H: Well, there are certainly people that have had tattoos, that have had a variety of other kinds of things, some of which have been, you know, documented in cases, but I mean to say, well, maybe they did that to themselves or had it done consciously to really prove something, not that occurs to right off the bat. Let me just take this one last question back and we need to go on to other material because we're never going to get through it all. I'll just ask you to hold your question.
Q: It's not a question but I wanted to say for myself, personally, and perhaps for others here as well, I wanted to thank you very sincerely for taking this time to come forward. [Applause]

Q: Does anyone want to join us for a standing ovation for this material? It's wonderful. [Sustained applause]
Dr.H: A dear friend who's one of the top people in the field, who I know has had death threats, but I know struggled for professional credibility in believing in MPD and was harshly criticized for even believing in that ten and fifteen years ago, and struggled to a point of professional credibility. I think in his heart of hearts he knows it's true, but he will say things like, "I wouldn't be surprised to find tomorrow it was an international conspiracy and I wouldn't be surprised to find tomorrow that it is an urban myth and rumor." He tries to stay right on the fence and the reason is because it's controversial, because there is a campaign underway saying these all false memories induced by, along with incest and everything else, by "Oprah" and by books like "The Courage to Heal" and by naive therapists using hypnosis. It's controversial. My personal opinion has come to be if they're going to kill me, they're going to kill me. There's going to be an awful lot of information that's been put away that'll go to investigative reporters and multiple investigative agencies, if it happens, and an awful lot of people like you , I hope, that if I ever have an accident will be pushing for a very large-scale investigation. I think we have to stand up as some kind of moral conscience at some point and I tried to wait until we had gotten enough verification from independent places to have some real confidence that this was widespread.
I know we've gone like a house afire to try to pack as much as I could in for you. I hope it's given you some things to think about and some new ideas and I appreciate being with you. [Long sustained applause]

Project Monarch: Nazi Mind Control

Amidst the subtle cerebral circumvention of the gullible populace, through
a multitude of manipulated mediums, lies one of the most diabolical
atrocities perpetrated upon a segment of the human race; a form of
systematic mind control which has permeated every aspect of society for
almost fifty years.

To objectively ascertain the following, one may need to re-examine
preconceived ideologies relating to the dualistic nature of mankind.
Resolving the philosophical question of whether we are inherently good or
inherently evil is tantamount to shaping our perception of reality;
specifically, the spiritual variable within the equation of life.

This exposition is substantiated by declassified U.S. government documents,
individuals formerly connected to the U.S. intelligence communities,
historical writings, researchers knowledgeable in mind control,
publications from mental health practitioners, and interviews taken from
survivors unwittingly subjected to a highly complex form of trauma-based
mind control known as MONARCH programming. A word of caution for survivors
of intensively systematic mind control and/or some form of ritualized
abuse: There are numerous "triggers" in this article. It is therefore
recommended not to read it unless appropriate support systems are in place
or if you have a thoroughly integrated personality.

A Brief History of Control
The Mystery Religions of ancient Egypt, Greece, India and Babylon helped
lay the foundation for occultism, meaning, "hidden knowledge." One of the
earliest writings giving reference to occultism is the Egyption Book of the
Dead, a compilation of rituals explicitly describing methods of torture and
intimidation (to create trauma), the use of potions (drugs) and the casting
of spells (hypnotism), ultimately resulting in the total enslavement of the
initiate. These have been the main ingredients for a part of occultism
known as Satanism, throughout the ages. During the 13th Century, the Roman
Catholic church increased and solidified its dominion throughout Europe
with the infamous Inquisition. Satanism survived this period of
persecution, deeply entrenching itself under the veil of various esoteric
groups.

In 1776, a Bavarian Jesuit by the name of Adam Weishaupt was commissioned
by the House of Rothschild to centralize the power base of the Mystery
Religions into what is commonly known as the Illuminati, meaning,
"Enlightened Ones." This was an amalgamation of powerful occultic
bloodlines, elite secret societies and influential Masonic fraternities,
with the desire to construct the framework for a "New World Order."

The outward goal of this Utopia was to bring forth universal happiness to
the human race. However, their underlying intention was to gradually
increase control over the masses, thus becoming masters of the planet.

The Anglo Alliance
By the 19th century, Great Britain and Germany were recognized as the
primary geographic areas of Illuminati control. It then should be of
little surprise to know the first work in Behavioral Science research was
established in England in 1882, while much of the early medical and
psychiatric techniques involved in mind control were pioneered at the
Kaiser Wilhelm Institute in Germany. The Tavistock Institute of Human
Relations was set up in London in 1921 to study the "breaking point" of
humans. Kurt Lewin, a German psychologist, became the director of the
Tavistock Institute in 1932, about the same time Nazi Germany was
increasing its research into neuropsychology, parapsychology and
multi-generational occultism.

Interestingly, a progressive exchange of scientific ideas was taking place
between England and Germany, most notably in the field of eugenics: the
movement devoted to "improving" the human species through the control of
hereditary factors in mating. The nefariously engimatic union between the
two countries was bonded, partly through the Order of the Golden Dawn, a
secret society which consisted of many high ranking officials in the Nazi
party and British aristocracy.

Top SS Nazi Officer Heinrich Himmler was in charge of a scientific project
called Lebersborn, which included selective breeding and adoption of
children, a peculiarly large number of twins among them. The purpose of
the program was to create a super-race (Aryans) who would have total
allegiance to the cause of the Third Reich (New World Order). Much of the
preliminary experimentation concerning genetic engineering and behavior
modification was conducted by Dr. Josef Mengele at Auschwitz, where he
coldly analyzed the effects of trauma-bonding, eye-coloring and "twinning"
upon his victims. Beside the insidious surgical experimentation performed
at the concentration camp, some of the children were subjected to massive
amounts of electroshock. Sadly, many of them did not survive the
brutality. Concurrently, "brain-washing" was carried out on inmates at
Dachau, who were placed under hypnosis and given the hallucinogenic drug
mescaline.

During the war, parallel behavioral research was led by Dr. George
Estabrooks of Colgate University. His involvement with the Army, CID, FBI
and other agencies remains shrouded in secrecy. However, Estabrooks would
occasionally "slip" and discuss his work involving the creation of
hypno-programmed couriers and hypnotically induced split personalities.

After WWII, the U.S. Department of Defense secretly imported many of the
top German Nazi and Italian Fascist scientists and spies into the United
States via South America and the Vatican. The code name for this operation
was Project PAPERCLIP. One of the more prominent finds for the U.S. was
German General Reinhard Gehlen. Hitler's Chief of Intelligence against
Russia. Upon arriving in Washington D.C. in 1945, Gehlen met extensively
with President Truman, General William "Wild Bill" Donovan, Director of the
Office of Strategic Services (OSS) and Allen Dulles, who would later become
the stalwart head of the CIA. The objective of their brain-storming
sessions was to reorganize the nominal American intelligence operation,
transforming it into a highly efficient covert organization. the
culmination of their efforts produced the Central Intelligence Agecy (CIA)
in 1947.

Reinhard Gehlen also had a profound influence in helping to create the
National Security Council, from which the National Security Act of 1947
derived. This particular piece of legislation was implemented to protect
an unconscionable number of illegal government activities, including
clandestine mind control programs.

The Evolution of Project MKULTRA
With the CIA and National Security Council firmly established, the first in
a series of covert brain-washing programs was initiated by the Navy in the
fall of 1947. Project CHATTER was developed in response to the Soviet's
"successes" through the use of "truth drugs." This rationale, however, was
simply a cover story if the program were to be exposed. The research
focused on the identification and testing of such drugs for use in
interrogations and the recruitment of agents. The project was officially
terminated in 1953. The CIA decided to expand their efforts in the area of
behavior modification, with the advent of Project BLUEBIRD, approved by
director Allen Dulles in 1950. Its objectives were to:

--> discover a means of conditioning to prevent unauthorized extraction of
information from them by known means
--> investigate the possibility of control of an individual by application
of special interrogation techniques
--> investigate memory enhancement and
--> establish defensive means for preventing hostile control of agency
personnel

In August, 1951, Project BLUEBIRD was renamed Project ARTICHOKE, which
evaluated offensive uses of interrogation techniques, including hypnosis
and drugs. The program ceased in 1956. Three years prior to the halt of
project ARTICHOKE, Project MKULTRA came into existence on April 13, 1953
along the lines proposed by Richard Helms, Deputy Director of Central
Intelligence (DDCI) with the rationale of establishing a "special funding
mechanism of extreme sensitivity."

The hypothetical etymology of "MK" may possibly stand for "Mind Kontrolle."
The obvious translation of the German word "Kontrolle" into English is
"control." A host of German doctors, procured from the post war Nazi
talent pool, were an invaluable asset toward the development of MKULTRA.
The correlation between the concentration camp experiments and the numerous
sub-projects of MKULTRA are clearly evident. The various names used to
control human behavior under MKULTRA included radiation, electroshock,
psychology, psychiatry, sociology, anthropology, graphology, harassment
substances and paramilitary devices and materials, "LSD" being the most
widely dispensed material. A special procedure, designated MKDELTA, was
established to govern the use of MKULTRA abroad. MKULTRA/DELTA materials
were used for harassment, discrediting or disabling purposes.

Of the 149 subprojects under the umbrella of MKULTRA having been
identified, Project MONARCH, officially begun by the U.S. Army in the early
1960s (although unofficially implemented much earlier) appears to be the
most prominent and is still classified as TOP SECRET for "National
Security" reasons. MONARCH may have culminated from MKSEARCH subprojects,
such as operation SPELLBINDER, which was set up to create "sleeper"
assassins (i.e. Manchurian candidates) who could be activated upon
receiving a key word or phrase while in a post-hypnotic trance. Operation
OFTEN, a study which attempted to harness the power of occultic forces was
possibly one of several cover programs to hide the insidious reality of
Project MONARCH.

Definition and Description
The name MONARCH is not necessarily defined within the context of royal
nobility, but rather refers to the monarch butterfly. When a person is
undergoing trauma induced by electroshock, a feeling of light-headedness is
evidenced; as if one is floating or fluttering like a butterfly. There is
also a symbolis representation pertaining to the transformation or
metamorphosis of this beautiful insect: from a caterpillar to a cocoon
(dormancy, inactivity) to a butterfly (new creation) which will return to
its point of origin. Such is the migratory pattern that makes this species
unique.

Occultic symbolism may give additional insight into the true meaning.
Psyche is the word for both "soul" and "butterfly" coming from the belief
that human souls become butterflies while searching for a new reincarnation.

Some ancient mystical groups, such as the Gnostics, saw the butterfly as a
symbol of corrupt flesh. The "Angel of Death" (remember Mengele?) in
Gnostic artworks was portrayed crushing the butterfly. A marionette is a
puppet that is attached to strings and is controlled by the puppet master,
hence MONARCH programming is also referred to as the "Marionette Syndrome."
"Imperial Conditioning" is another term used, while some mental health
therapists know it as "Conditioned Stimulus Response Sequences."

Project MONARCH could be best described as a form of structured
dissociation and occultic integration, in order to compartmentalize the
mind into multiple personalities within a systematic framework. During
this process, a Satanic ritual, usually including Cabalistic mysticism, is
performed with the purpose of attaching a particular demon or group of
demons to the corresponding alter(s). Of course, most skeptics would view
this as simply a means to enhance trauma within the victim, negating any
irrational belief that demonic possession actually occurs.

Alters and Triggers
Another way of examining this convoluted victimization of body and soul is
by looking at it as a complex computer program: A file (alter) is created
through trauma, repetition and enforcement. In order to activate (trigger)
the file, a specific access code or password (cue or command) is required.
The victim/survivor is called a "slave" by the programmer/handler, who in
turn is perceived as "master" or "god". About 75% are female, since they
possess a higher tolerance for pain and tend to dissociate easier than
males. Subjects are used mainly for cover operations, prostitution and
pornography; involvement in the entertainment industry is notable. A
former military officer connected to the DIA told this writer: "In the 'big
picture' these people [MONARCH Victims] are in all walks of life, from the
bum on the street to the white-collar guy." In corroboration, a retired
CIA agent vaguely discussed the use of such personnel to be used as
"plants" or "chameleons" for the purpose of infiltrating a designated
group, gathering information and/or injecting an ulterior agenda.

There are an inordinate amount of alters in the victim/survivor with
numerous back-up programs, mirrors and shadows. A division of light-side
(good) and dark-side (bad) alters are interwoven in the mind and rotate on
an axis. One of the main internal structures (of which there are many)
within the system is shaped like a double-helix, consisting of seven
levels. Each system has an internal programmer which oversees the
"gatekeeper" (demons?) who grant or deny entry into the different rooms. A
few of the internal images predominately seen by victims/survivors are
trees, the Cabalistic "Tree of Life" with adjoining root systems, infinity
loops, ancient symbols and letters, spider webs, mirrors or glass
shattering, masks, castles, mazes, demons/monsters/aliens, sea shells,
butterflies, snakes, ribbons, bows, flowers, hour glasses, clocks, robots,
chain-of-command diagrams and/or schematics of computer circuitry boards.

Bloodlines and Twinning
A majority of the victims/survivors come from multi-generational Satanic
families (bloodlines) and are ostensibly programmed "to fill their destiny
as the chosen ones or chosen generations" (a term coined by Mengele at
Auschwitz). Some are adopted out to families of similar origin. Others
used in this neurological nightmare are deemed as the "expendable ones"
(non-bloodliners), usually coming from orphanages, foster care homes, or
incestuous families with a long history of pedophilia. There also appears
to be a pattern of family members affiliated with government or military
intelligence agencies. Many of the abused come from families who use
Catholocism, Mormonism, or charismatic Christianity as a "front" for their
abominable activities (though members of other religious groups are also
involved.) Victims/survivors generally respond more readily to a religious
(dogmatic, legalistic) hierarchical structure because it parallels their
base programming. Authority usually goes unchallenged, as their will has
been usurped through subjective and command-oriented conditioning.

Physical identification characteristics on victims/survivors often include
multiple electrical prod scars and/or resultant moles on their skin. A few
may have had various parts of their bodies mutilated by knives, branding
irons, or needles. Butterfly or occult tattoos are also common.
Generally, bloodliners are less likely to have the subsequent markings, as
their skin is to "remain pure and unblemished."

The ultimate purpose of the sophisticated manipulation of these individuals
may sound unrealistic, depending upon our interpretive understanding of the
physical and spiritual realms. The deepest and darkest alters within
bloodliners are purported to be dormant until the "Anti-Christ" is
revealed. These "New World Order" alters supposedly contain call-back
orders and instructions to train and/or initiate a large influx of people
(possibly clones or 'soulless ones'), thereby stimulating social control
programs into the new millenium.

Non-biological "twinning" is yet another bizarre feature observed within
MONARCH programming. For instance, two young, non-related chldren would be
ceremoniously initiated in a magical "soul-bonding" ritual so they might be
"inseparably paired for eternity" (possibly another Mengele connection?).
They essentially share two halves of the programmed information, making
them interdependent upon one another. Paranormal phenomenon such as astral
projection, telepathy, ESP, etc. appear to be more pronounced between those
who have undergone this process.

Levels of MONARCH Programming
ALPHA: Regarded as 'general' or regular programming within the base control
personality; characterized by extremely pronounced memory retention, along
with substantially increased physical strength and visual acuity. Alpha
programming is accomplished through deliberately subdividing the victims
personality which, in essence, causes a left brain-right brain division,
allowing for a programmed union of L and R through neuron pathway
stimulation.

BETA: Referred to as "sexual" programming. This programming eliminates all
learned moral convictions and stimulates the primitive sexual instinct,
devoid of inhibitions. "Cat" alters may come out at this level.

DELTA: This is known as "killer" programming, originally developed for
training special agents or elite soldiers (i.e. Delta Force, First Earth
Battalion, Mossad, etc.) in covert operations. Optimal adrenal output and
controlled aggression is evident. Subjects are devoid of fear; very
systematic in carrying out their assignment. Self-destruct or suicide
instructions are layered in at this level.

THETA: Considered to be the "psychic" programming. Bloodliners (those
coming from multi-generational Satanic families) were determined to exhibit
a greater propensity for having telepathic abilities than did
non-bloodliners. Due to its evident limitations, however, various forms of
electronic mind control systems were developed and introduced, namely,
bio-medical human telemetry devices (brain implants), directed energy
lasers using microwaves and/or electromagnetics. It is reported these are
used in conjunction with highly-advanced computers and sophisticated
satellite tracking systems.

OMEGA: A "self-destruct" form of programming, also known as "Code Green."
The corresponding behaviors include suicidal tendencies and/or
self-mutilation. This program is generally activated when the
victim/survivor begins therapy or interrogation and too much memory is
being recovered.

GAMMA: Another form of system protection is through "deception"
programming, which elicits misinformation and misdirection. This level is
intertwined with demonology and tends to regenerate itself at a later time
if inappropriately deactivated.

Method and Components
The initial process begins with creating dissociation within the subject,
usually occurring from the time of birth to about six years. This is
primarily achieved through the use of electroshock (ECT) and is at times
performed even when the child is in the mother's womb. Due to the severe
trauma induced through ECT, sexual abuse and other methods, the mind splits
off into alternate personalities from the core. Formerly referred to as
Multiple Personality Disorder, it is presently recognized as Dissociative
Identity Disorder and is the basis for MONARCH programming. Further
conditioning of the victim's mind is enhanced through hypnotism,
double-blind coercion, pleasure-pain reversals, food, water, sleep and
sensory deprivation, along with various drugs which alter certain cerebral
functions.

The next stage is to embed and compress detailed commands or messages
within the specified alter. This is achieved through the use of hi-tech
headsets, in conjunction with computer-driven generators which emit
inaudible sound waves or harmonics that affect the RNA covering of neuron
pathways to the subconscious and unconscious mind. "Virtual Reality"
optical devices are sometimes used simultaneously with the harmonic
generators projecting pulsating colored lights, subliminals and
split-screen visuals. High voltage electroshock is then used for memory
dissolution.

Programming is updated periodically and reinforced through visual, auditory
and written mediums. Some of the first programming themes included the
Wizard of Oz and Alice in Wonderland, both heavily saturated with occultic
symbolism. Many of the recent Disney movies and cartoons are used in a
two-fold manner: desensitizing the majority of the population, using
subliminals and neuro-linguistic programming, and deliberately constructing
specific triggers and keys for base programming of highly impressionable
MONARCH children.

A prime example of how subliminal programming works is by looking at the
recent Disney cinematic sensation Pochahontas, curiously billed as their
"33rd" (highest degree in Scottish Rite Freemasonry) animated movie. In
the movie, Grandmother Willow is a mystical 400 year old tree who counsels
the motherless Pochahontas to listen to her heart and help her realize all
the answers lie within. Grandmother Willow is constantly talking in
"double-speak" and using "reversals" (i.e. "Sometimes the right path is not
the easiest one"; the esoteric derivative being: the left path [the path
that leads to destruction] is the easiest one.)

In Illuminati Structured MPD systems, the willow tree represents the
occultic powers of Druidism. The intrinsic imagery of the tree's branches,
leaves and root systems are very significant, as some of the dark spiritual
proper ties associated with the Willow Tree Programming are:

--> the branches are used to whip victims in rituals for 'cleansing'
purposes

--> a willow tree can endure severe weather disturbances (i.e. storms) and
is known for it's pliability or flexibility. Victims/survivors of the
programming describe the willow's branches wrapping around them, with no
hope of escape

--> the deep root system of the willow tree makes the victim/survivor feel
as if they are falling deeper and deeper into an abyss while in a hypnotic
trance. Music plays an instrumental role in programming, through
cominations of variable tones, rhythms and words. Frightmeister Stephen
King's numerous novels and subsequent movies, are purported by credible
sources to be used for such villainous purposes. One of his latest books,
Insominia, features a picture of King with the trigger phrase "WE NEVER
SLEEP," (indicative of someone with MPD/DID) below an all-seeing eye.

A partial list of other mediums used to reinforce base programming are:

Pinnochio, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White, Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The
Little Mermaid, The Lion King, E.T., Star Wars, Ghost Busters, Trancers II,
Batman, Bewitched, Fantasy Island, Reboot, Tiny Toons, Duck Tails, The Dead
Sea Scrolls, and The Tall Book of Make Believe. A few movies which depict
or potray some aspect of MONARCH programming are:

Hellraiser 3, Raising Cain, Labyrinth, Telefon, Johnny Mneumonic, Point of
No Return, The Lawnmower Man and Closet Land.

Programmers and Places
It's difficult to figure out who the original programmer of this satanic
project was, due to the substantial amount of disinformation and
cross-contamination propagated by the "powers that be." The two that went
by the color-coded name of Dr. Green are a Jewish doctor named Dr.
Gruenbaum, who supposedly collaborated with the Nazis during WWII, and Dr.
Josef Mengele, whose trademark of cold blooded and calculating brutality
has not only scarred the souls of survivors from Auschwitz, but also a
countless number of victims throughout the world. Mengele's direct
involvement at the infamous Auschwitz concentration camp was suspiciously
downplayed during the Nuremburg Trials, and consequently no intensified
effort by the U.S. and its allies was directed toward his capture. As a
means to confuse serious investigators as to his whereabouts, U.S.
officials would report Mengele being a non-threatening recluse in Paraguay
or Brazil, or that he was simply dead (the "Angel of Death" miraculously
must have come back to life at least five different times.) His
unprecedented research, at the expense of thousands of lives, undoubtedly a
significant bonus to U.S. interests. Besides using the pseudonym Dr.
Green, survivors knew him as Vaterchen (Daddy), Schoner Josef (beautiful
Joseph), David and Fairchild.

A gracefully handsome man of slight stature, Mengele would disarm people
with his gentle demeanor, while at other times, he would explode into
violent rages. Other characteristics remembered by survivors were the
cadence of his shiny black boots as he paced back and forth and his "I love
you/I love you not" daisy game. When he pulled off the last daisy petal,
he would maliciously torture and kill a small child in front of the other
child he was programming.

Distraught survivors also recalled being thrown naked into cages with
monkeys, who were trained to viciously abuse them. Evidently, Mengele
enjoyed reducing people to the level of animals. He also would purposely
restrain his victims from crying, screaming, or showing any excessive
emotion.

Dr. D. Ewen Cameron, also known as Dr. White, was the former head of the
Canadian, American and World Psychiatric Associations. Because of
Cameron's extensive experience and credentials, the CIA's Allen Dulles
funneled millions of dollars throughout organizations like the society for
the Investigation of Human Ecology, which Cameron ruthlessly presided over.
Experimentations were conducted at several locations in Montreal, mostly at
McGill University, St. Mary's Hospital and Allan Memorial Institute.

Besides the conventional methods of psychiatric tyranny, such as
electroshock drug injections and lobotomies, Cameron conceived the
technique of "psychic driving," wherein unsuspecting patients were kept in
a drug induced coma for several weeks and administered a regimen of
electroshocks, while electronic helmets were strapped to their heads and
repetitive auditory messages were transmitted at variable speeds. Many of
those exploited were abused children which had been run through the Roman
Catholic orphanage system.

Not surprisingly, Dr. Cameron has been conveniently left out of most
psychiatric journals. This may have been, in fact, largely due to Project
MKULTRA being publicly exposed in 1970, through lawsuits filed by Canadian
survivors and their families. The CIA and Canadian government settled out
of court so as not to be required to officially admit to any wrongdoing.

A former U.S. Army Lt. Col. in the DIA's Psychological Warfare Division,
MICHAEL AQUINO, is the latest in a line of alleged government-sponsored
sadists. Aquino, an eccenstric genius, founded the Temple of Set, an
offshoot of Anton LaVey's Church of Satan.

His obsession with Nazi pagan rituals and his hypnotic manipulation of
people made him an ideal candidate for the position of "Master Programmer."
Aquino was connected with the Presidio Army Base day care scandal, in which
he was accused of child molestation. Much to the dismay of the young
victims' parents, all charges were dismissed. Code-named "Malcolm," Aquino
developed training tapes on how to create a MONARCH and various criminal
organizations and occult groups in the distribution of MONARCH slaves.

Heinrich Mueller was another important programmer who went under the code
names "Dr. Blue" or "Gog". He aparently has two sons who have carried on
the trade. The original "Dr. Black" was apparently Leo Wheeler, the nephew
of the deceased General Earle G. Wheeler, who was the commander of the
Joint Chiefs of Staffs during the Vietnam War. Wheeler's protege, E.
Hummel is active in the Northwest, along with W. Bowers (from the
Rothschild bloodline.)

Other alleged master mind manipulators, past and present are:

Dr. Sydney Gottleib, Lt. Col. John Alexander, Richard Dabney Anderson
(USN), Dr. James Monroe, Dr. John Lilly, Lt. Comdr. Thomas Narut, Dr.
William Jennings Bryan, Dr. Bernard L. Diamond, Dr. Martin T. Orne, Dr.
Louis J. West, Dr. Robert J. Lifton, Dr. Harris Isbel and Col. Wilson
Green. In order to keep MKULTRA from being easily detected, the CIA
segmented its subprojects into specialized fields of research and
development at universities, prisons, private laboratories and hospitals.
Of course, they were rewarded generously with government grants and
miscellaneous funding.

The names and locations of some of the major institutions involved in
MONARCH programming experimentation were/are:

Cornell, Duke, Princeton, UCLA, University of Rochester, MIT, Georgetown
University Hospital, Maimonides Medical Center, St. Elizabeth's Hospital
(Washington D.C.), Bell Laboratories, Stanford Research Institute,
Westinghouse Friendship Laboratories, General Electric, ARCO and Manking
Research Unlimited.

The "final product" was/is usually created on military installations and
bases, where maximum security is required. Referred to as (re) programming
centers or near-death trauma centers, the most heavily identified are:
China Lake Naval Weapons Center, The Presidio, Ft. Dietrick, Ft. Campbell,
Ft. Lewis, Ft. Hood, Redstone Arsenal, Offutt AFB, Patrick AFB, McClellan
AFB, MacGill AFB and Tinker AFB. Other places recognized as major
programming sites are Langley Research Center, Los Alamos National
Laboratories, Tavistock Institute and areas in or by Mt. Shasta, CA, Lampe,
MO and Las Vegas, NV.

Notable Names
One of the first documented cases of a MONARCH secret agent was that of the
voluptuous 1940s model, Candy Jones. The book, "The Control of Candy
Jones" (Playboy Press) portrays her 12 years of intrigue and suspense as a
spy for the CIA. Jones, whose birth name is Jessica Wilcox, apparently fit
the physiological profile as to be one of the initial experiments or human
guinea pigs under the government's "scientific" project, MKULTRA. The most
publicized case of MONARCH monomania has surfaced through the book
TRANCEformation of America: The True Life Story of a CIA Slave by Cathy
O'Brien. On the back cover it emphatically states, "Cathy O'Brien is the
only vocal and recovered survivor of the Central Intelligence Agency's
MKULTRA Project Monarch mind control operation." This documented
autobiography contains compelling accounts of O'Brien's years of
unrelenting incest and eventual introduction into Project MONARCH by her
perverted father. Along with co-author Mark Phillips, her rescuer and
deprogrammer, Cathy covers an almost unbelievable array of conspiratorial
crime: forced prostitution (white slavery) with those in the upper echelons
of world politics, covert assignments as a "drug mule" and courier, and the
country-western music industry's relationship with illegal CIA activities.

Paul Bonacci is a courageous survivor who endured almost two decades of
degradation under Project MONARCH. He has disclosed strong corroborating
evidence of widescale crimes and corruption from the municipal/state level
all the way up to the White House. He has testified about sexually abused
males selected from Boy's Town in Nebraska, and taken to nearby Offut AFB,
where he says they were subjected to intense MONARCH programming, directed
mainly by Commander Bill Plemmons and former Lt. Col. MICHAEL AQUINO.
After thoroughly tormenting the young boys into mindless oblivion, they
were used (along with the girls) for pornography and prostitution with
several of the nation's political and economic power brokers. Bonnacci
recalled being transported from the Air Force base via cargo planes to
McClelland AFB in California. Along with other unfortunate adolescents and
teenagers, he was driven to the elite retreat, Bohemian Grove. The
perpetrators took full advantage of these innocent victims, committing
unthinkable perversions in order to satisfy their deviant lusts. Some
victims were apparently murdered, further traumatizing already terrified
and broken children.

An unsuitable actress of marginal talent (now deceased), a morally-corrupt
T.V. evangelist, a heralded former Green Beret officer and a popular
country-western singer are a few others likely havingt succumbed to MONARCH
madness. Lee Harvey Oswald, Sirhan-Sirhan, Charlie Manson, John Hinckley
Jr., Mark Chapman, David Koresh, Tim McVeigh and John Salvi are some
notable names of infamy, strongly suspected of being pawns who were spawned
by MKULTRA.

Deprogrammers and Exposers
Dr. Corydon Hammond, a Psychologist from the University of Utah, delivered
a stunning lecture entitled "Hypnosis in MPD: Ritual Abuse" at the Fourth
Annual Eastern Regional Conference on Abuse and Multiple Personality, June
25, 1992 in Alexandria, Virginia. He essentially confirmed the suspicions
of the attentive crowd of mental health professionals, wherein a certain
percentage of their clients had undergone mind control programming in an
intensely systematic manner. Hammond alluded to the Nazi connection,
military and CIA mind control research, Greek letter and color programming
and specifically mentioned the MONARCH Project in relation to a form of
operative conditioning. Shortly after his ground breaking speech, he
received death threats. Not wanting to jeopardize the safety of his
family, Dr. Hammond stopped disseminating any follow-up information, until
recently.

Mark Phillips, a former electronics subcontractor for the Department of
Defense, was privy to some of the top secret mind control activities
perpetrated by the U.S. government. His inquisitive demeanor, strong
conscience and heart-felt concern for Cathy O'Brien, a "Presidential Model"
under Project MONARCH, prompted him to reveal the inner-workings of this
grand deception beginning about 1991. As the story goes, he helped Ms.
O'Brien escape from her captors and was able to deprogram her in about a
year's time in Alaska. The controversial Phillips has his share of critics
who are skeptical of the veracity of his claims. New Orleans therapist
Valerie Wolf introduced two of her patients before the President's
Committee on Human Radiation Experiments on March 15, 1995 in Washington
D.C. The astonishing testimony made by these two brave women included
accounts of German doctors, torture, drugs, electroshock, hypnosis and
rape, besides being exposed to an undetermined amount of radiation. Both
Wolf and her patients stated they recovered the memories of this CIA
program without regression or hypnosis techniques.

Wolf presently devotes much of her time to counseling such survivors. A
former labor attorney for Atlantic Richfield Co., David E. Rosenbaum,
conducted a nine year investigation (1983-1992) concerning allegations of
physical torture and coercive conditioning of numerous employees at an ARCO
plant in Monaca, PA. His clients, Jerry L. Dotey and Ann White, were
victims of apparent radiation exposure; but as Mr. Rosenbaum probed deeper
in the subsequent interview sessions, a "Pandora's Box" was unveiled. His
most astonishing conclusion was that Jerry Dotey and Ann White were likely
the off-spring of Adolf Hitler, based in part on the uncanny resemblance
from photos (facial features; bone structure and size were taken into
consideration). Rosenbaum also states, "They both exhibit feelings and
experiences that indicate they are twins." Dotey and White were allegedly
subjected to torture of many kinds while under drug induced hypnosis, with
each one undergoing at least three training techniques by plant physicians.

Each victim was trained to enter into a hypnotic state upon the occurrence
of specific simuli, usually involving a "cue" word or phrase and trained to
"remember to forget" what transpired in the hypnotic state. They were
repeatedly subjected to identical stimulus-response sequence, to produce
nearly automatic reactions to the particular status. MKULTRA veteran, Dr.
Bernard Diamond, Dr. Martin Orne and Dr. Josef Mengele regularly visited
the ARCO plant, according to Dr. Rosenbaum. The special conditioning of
Dotey and White was intended for the artificial creation of dual German
personalities. Rosenbaum, who is Jewish, has maintained a deep friendship
with the two, despite seemingly precarious circumstances. Other renowned
therapists involved in deprogramming are Cynthia Byrtus, Pamela Monday,
Steve Ogilvie, Bennet Braun, Jerry Mungadze and Colin Ross. Some Christian
counselors have been able to eliminate parts of the programming with
limited success.

Journalists who have recently expounded on the subject matter in exemplary
fashion are Walter Bowart, Operation Mind Control, Jon Rappaport, U.S.
Government Mind-Control Experiments on Children and Alex Constantine,
Psychic Dictatorship in the U.S.A.

Conclusion
The most incriminating statement to date made by a government official as
to the possible existence of Project MONARCH was extracted by Anton
Chaitkin, a writer for the publication, The New Federalist. When former
CIA Director William Colby was asked directly, "What about MONARCH?" he
replied angrily and ambiguously, "We stopped that between the late 1960s
and the early 1970s." Sufice to say that society, in its apparent state of
cognitive dissonance, is generally in denial of the overwhelming evidence
of this multifarious conspiracy. Numerous victims/survivors of Project
MONARCH are in desperate need of help. However, the great majority of
people are too preoccupied with themselves to show any genuine compassion
toward these severely wounded inviduals. Apathy has taken over the minds
of the masses, who choose to exist within the comforts of this world.
Reality has thus become obscured by relativism and selfishness.

Although there has been some progress in deprogramming and reintegrating
therapies, a much greater problem needs to be rectified. The Holy Bible
addresses this problem as the fragmentation of the soul (Ezekiel 13:20). A
spiritual restoration is what is truly needed (Psalm 23:3) but can only
take place by completely trusting in Jesus Christ as the way to salvation
(John 3:26; I Peter 3:18) and deliverance from demonic oppression and/or
possession (Mark 16:17).

The true humility of Christ and the love of God effectively counters the
pride and hatred of Satan.

Statistically, the road to recovery for these survivors of unimaginable
depravity is a long and tedious one, but God is the ultimate healer and
only within his time, through His strength and by His grace, can the
captives be set free. (Isaiah 61:1).

We are in show #33 in our series on Mind Control, and today we are going to hear a presentation, The Secret History of Mind Control, given by Walter Bowart at the Ritual Trauma Child Abuse and Mind Control Conference in Atlanta in October, 1997. Walter Bowart is an investigative journalist and author of one of the original books about mind control in the late seventies entitled, Operational Mind Control. And now, Walter Bowart:

I guess Walter almost needs no introduction because he was really probably the first person to publicly write about mind control and its origins and so forth. His book, Operation Mind Control, is available at his table at the back. Most recently Walter was involved as a consultant in the making of the movie, Conspiracy Theory, and some of you may have seen him actually interviewed for an HBO special promoting the movie. It was the first time I ever got to see what Walter looked like so I could recognize him when he came. He has the Freedom of Thought Foundation, which he will tell you about. He is going to share his information with you, so welcome Walter.

I would like to thank some people. I was going to save it until the end but I want to get it right up front since a couple of them are here. I would like to thank Mike Coyle for what he contributed to this. What you are going to see is a series of out-takes, some are from videos, and a lot of them are still ... it's a very rough presentation of what's going to be a documentary. I would like to thank Mike Coyle who is retired from the field. He had the Mindnet Journal which was on the internet, and he did a terrific job of research. He is finding that a lot of the critical things that we are going to talk about as we get toward the end of this show, are actually removed from journals ... pages torn out of academic research journals and things. Somebody doesn't want this information out.
I am going to cover things going back ... Sylvia asked me to do the history of mind control but I'm going to go farther afield ... probably than most of you had heard about. It is so far beyond any technology you are talking about, like electromagnetic spectrum stuff ... we are into post-quantum physics here, and now we are working with physicists.
I would also like to thank Blanche Chavoustie who is here for the long years of friendship and the documentation and research that she has helped us with and Cheryl Welsh, who I think is not here, who also contributed boxes and boxes of research, and Doreen Pratt who is hospitalized and not able to travel ... she is blind, legally blind, and you will see some of her work in this presentation. And I would like to thank all the members of the Freedom of Thought Foundation for their assistance, and friendship and guidance over the 20 years that we have been doing this.
The big key to the thing is that only the small secrets need to be kept. You can find just about anything the government is doing by going into scientific journals and doing research. But the big secrets are kept by public incredulity and your study and your experience is in an area which is not secret. All this has been known for a long time, but people don't want to believe it and there is a great deal of denial.
[Slide] With the evolution of man came the evolution of science, and here's an example of an early treatment by the foremost practitioners of "mental health science". This is an etching from 1745. It shows a ward in Bethlehem Hospital in London. It was pronounced Bethlem, and it became Bedlam, the famous synonym for the nuthouse.
[Slide] A patient of Bethlem, William Norris, was confined there for 12 years, bound by chains a foot long and to an iron rod at the head of his bed. He died in 1815. Another patient at Bethlem, who we do not have a picture of was James Tilley Matthews. He was incarcerated there for 35 years and escaped only by death, and it is a very interesting story. In the late 1700's he had gone to France as a spy for the British Admiralty, posing as an import-export agent. He traveled in the highest circles of French society. Things went wrong for him when he fell into the hands of Franz Anton Mesmer, the father of hypnotism. Mesmer used to play parlour games by having aristocrats stand in tubs of water while he played DC current over their heads, to what purpose we don't know.
[Slide] This may be one of the first perpetrators of mind control ... one of the founders of our country ... Benjamin Franklin. He was the US ambassador to France at the time, and if you remember, he was the discoverer of electricity which was DC electricity. He discovered it when he flew a kite on a wire during an electrical storm, and it was a shocking experience. Franklin may have used that later for the effects we now know DC current gives. It will induce amnesia easily. Franklin was asked by the French government to look into the activities of Mesmer and his claims of miraculous cures with electricity. They hit it off real well, but it's not surprising. They were both the brothers of the same secret society ... the Masons. Franklin filed a lengthy report favourable to Mesmer to the French government. Another brother Mason who frequently visited them in Paris was Adam Weishaupt, the founder of the Illumaniti. These coincidences bring a lot of questions to your mind about what were these guys really doing over there, and what did they find out?
Mesmer happened to be, believe it or not, the godfather of Amadeus Mozart. In fact he raised Mozart, and of course Mozart was this incredible genius musician and his biography will show you more than one obvious example of someone who behaves as if he were suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder. You can conclude that maybe Mesmer played around to enhance the musical abilities of Mozart at the cost of other parts of his personality.
[slide] We are back to James Tilley Matthews and after a few years of influence by Franklin and Mesmer, he beat a path as soon as he could back to England, reported to the Admiralty the French had developed a devastating instrument of war, an "airloom" which could weave thoughts into a man's mind.
[slide] At the top it says "Illustrations of Madness", that's the name of the book written by John Haslam, the apothecary (in modern terms, the resident medical officer) to Bethlem Hospital toward the end of Matthews' stay. In the first decade of the 19th century Haslam wrote this whole volume called "Illustrations of Madness" just singly on the Matthews case. It was published in 1810. It was the first book length case study of a single patient in British psychiatric history. According to Roy Porter who repackaged Haslam's 1810 book "Illustrations of Madness" in 1988 ... that's the only way you are going to find it. There are rare volumes, you have to pay at least $40 for a used copy.
Because of the book, Matthews' fate became a cause celebre everywhere - in Britain and the United States. It was used against Bethlem Hospital in general, and Haslam in particular, ironically, when the institution came under scathing scrutiny by a House of Commons committee investigating madhouses in 1815. A few years before the madhouse era, there were only a few people declared insane, but by the late 1700's and the early 1800's, there were hundreds of thousands of people now in these madhouses, so-called. While Matthews is interesting to us for other reasons, he was the cause celebre that created social reform in the madhouse business.
According to Porter, the significance of his case was way back about two hundred years ago, he was describing experiences that modern victims of mind control are now describing, even using some of the same terms. Today Matthews would be diagnosed as having "delusional disorder", and I think delusional disorder is a misdiagnosis for a whole lot of things. Maybe he would be diagnosed as suffering from schizophrenia or paranoid schizophrenia, which we now know is an extremely rare disease. When I wrote "Operation Mind Control" back in 1978, there were only 25 MPD cases diagnosed, now there are hundreds of thousands. Most of the people I was writing about were called schizophrenic by the doctors ... and they weren't. Of course, they were D.I.D.
A Dr. George Birkeck of London examined Haslem in those days, and testified before the King's Bench that after paying James Tilley Matthews six visits at Bethlem and having attempted "by every mode of examination which he could devise" to discover the real state of his mind, he said Matthews was not insane. Matthews was talking about sudden death squeezing, lobster cracking. He was admitted on January 28, 1797 to Bethlem after he had been behaving oddly for quite a while, about a year, and among his strange behaviour was writing a letter to his benefactor, Lord Liverpool, who was in the Admiralty and was part of this intelligence scam that he was involved in, "I pronounce your Lordship to be in every sense of the word a most diabolical traitor after a long life of political and real iniquity during which your Lordship, by flattering and deceiving and more than anyone contributing to deceive your King who believing your hypocritical professions, has to be the detriment of many of the country's friends, loaded you with honours and emollients. You have made yourself a principal in schemes of treasons founded upon the most extensive intrigues which have not not only long since laid this country at the feet of its most bitter enemies who have assassinated France, to reap further advantages from those who by such wickedness might in such general assassinating scandal mount the throne ..." and so forth, written in the grand prose of that day. And that will get you locked up, even today that would get you locked up ...
But he is talking about thought-making. Haslam, the doctor who treated him, said, "In this situation he continued for many years, sometimes an automaton, moved by the agencies of persons hereafter to be introduced to the notice of the reader." And of course he talked about spies, thugs and assassins who were putting voices in his head and controlling him. Matthews insisted that in some apartment near London Wall there is a "gang of villains, profoundly skilled in pneumatic chemistry who assail him by means of an airloom." Of a variety of tortures he described so colourfully, were "fluid locking, cutting soul from sense, stone making, thigh talking, kiting involving magnetic impregnations ... sudden death squeezing, lobster cracking caused by pressure from the 'magnetic atmosphere surrounding the persons assailed', apoplexy working with a nutmeg grater, lengthening the brain, thought-making while one of these villains is sucking at the brain of the person assailed to distract his existing sentiments, another of the gang will force into his mind a train of ideas very different from the real subject of his thoughts in which is squeezed upon as the desired information by the person sucking." "Laughter-making, poking, pushing up the quicksilver, bladder filling, tying down, bomb bursting, gas plucking (the extraction of magnetic fluid from a person assailed), foot curving, lethargy-making, spark exploding, knee nailing, burning out, eye screwing, sight stopping, roof stringing, vital tearing, fibre ripping brain sayings ..." and other descriptions of physical and psychological tortures caused by some invisible means which Matthews put into the high tech terms of his day.
Now, this is very similar to what people are describing today. This is the way he drew a layout of the way he was assailed and interrogated by these 17th Century assassins and he said that a pneumatic machine [slide] this is a sketch he made of it ... was used, this was the high technology that was doing all this. If you are interested in this, try to find the book, you may have to do a search for it. But the EM targeted victims of today are not sounding much different than that. This guy is pretty colourful and of course the language is very arcane.
Matthews ... he was the first. It was 200 years ago. He is the first single case ever chronicled in the psychiatric literature that we know of. This is nothing new. Could it be that Franklin and those other guys came up with something that they really did use, because that's what Matthews claims. Today we have the category, and I don't like the term but it is used, "Wavies" -- those are people who are targets of electromagnetic waves of some kind, or I prefer the term "EM targeted individuals". Some of these people claim to be alien abductees or government mind control victims, or satanic abused people. There is nothing in Matthews' description that these groups of people haven't also described experiencing.
Then you have to ask, doing what I did for 20 years, hearing all these stories, you are gathering probably the largest data base ... using a 27 page questionnaire, I am looking for mind control victims and of course our questionnaire is on mind control - but it kind of gives you an indication of everything else, including the alien abduction scenario which is very peculiar, very unusual. We have the largest data base ... and after you hear this, you say, "could it be that these delusions, if they are delusions - do we as a species lack such imagination as to keep coming up with the same thing over and over for 200 years?" Can't we go beyond this? Shouldn't madness be really 'out there'? But something is happening here. There is a pattern to this, and you hear people who don't know each other, have had no contact with this thing at all, who never read a book on it, saying the same thing. I sit down with some survivors who have experienced trauma abuse and trauma based programming and compare notes, it will be the same. And it runs true.
This is later. This is now the early 19th century [slide] -- we've got the Lavery Electric Phrenometer - it was the high tech of its day, intended to accurately measure the bumps on your head and so predict the nature, type and behaviour of individuals who would hold still for it. And it was taken very seriously for a while, until somebody said, "hey, there's no data base for this, you know?"
[slide] Early 20th century - "Mental Poisoning", it was a popular book written by a psychologist in the early days when people were hearing voices, mental poisoning. And then we got more scientific - this is an obsolete version of Colin Ross's book - he made a contribution to the field by doing that research. But here we go in the 1920's or 30's - everybody was hearing voices, everybody, and all you had to do was turn on a radio. There was no need for implanted electrodes to control your behaviour.
[slide] Here's a Nazi rally in pre-war Germany. Students of Marshall McLuhan will tell you how radio created Nazism, the blitzkrieg, and mass obedience like nothing before it. As one psycho scientist put it, "the stentorian voices of the mass media are more universally powerful than the indiscriminate persuasions of any mind altering drug." Most of the survivors in this room probably don't watch a lot of television, right? Does anybody want to confess? Okay. (Never owned one? Yes.)
[slide] Now this is the guy - Freedom of Thought Foundation is going to have an award - and all of you will have a chance to vote on who is going to get the first one - it's very expensive to make those little statues but nobody will pick it up so we can just peel off the brass plate every year and use the same one. We have a few candidates. Jolyon West is a candidate, Martin Orne is a candidate, there are two or three others. But they will all be on the ballot. I have been working on this brain which is about this big, and it's gold, and it's fried black and it's broken off and it's got two electrodes on it and it sits on kind of like a beer can - kind of a nice looking thing.
It's called the Mengele Award after Josef Mengele, this guy here. That's Joe, and he was one of the mind control men, you know, from the uebermentsch ... there's nothing like opening a skull and letting your bare fingers run through someone's brain or freezing human beings to near the point of death and then finding out through trial and error that the easiest way to defrost someone is to put them close to another naked human body. And these are just a few of the brutal experiments, though some of that was valuable for hypothermia ... all of the records of what Joe Mengele did in Nazi concentration camps, and all of the records of his research are now on file at the National Archives. We should probably get them all - I think some of them are still classified. But these are the people he is working on - these are his subjects. Of course Mengele was fascinated by genetics. I haven't really addressed genetics and most survivors realize that it is multigenerational, most sons and daughters of Masons realize that is part of the Masonic belief is that if you program or if you train or educate or whatever the word is, a person over two or three generations the knowledge begins to be true ...
We are heading that way and these twins were a part of Mengele's studies and he did a number of things. Twins appear to be telepathic. With NLP you can understand how that works, and our workshops demonstrate what looks like telepathy by mirroring and matching. If you can sit with somebody and match their breathing pattern and establish this incredible rapport, you will experience, if you are sitting there in a state - imagining sitting there on a mountaintop and the wind is blowing or whatever - you will pick up the wind and you will pick up all the sensory experience that they are having. You might not put it together in the right way, you might say "I am driving in my convertible and the wind is in my hair" or something, but twins are known to be - and you can't match any better than twins - they suffered great atrocities at the hand of Mengele and they are here and they have been interviewed, and that's the last picture that was taken of Dr. Josef Mengele who was said to have been in Arizona in 1960, there is a persistent rumour. But of course they say he wasn't, he was in Argentina and he died down there and yet they are not sure that those are his bones ...
It is also one of the persistent rumours that he was brought over in Project Paperclip. We know he worked on a farm in Germany for a few years before the end of WWII. There is the question of the Green programming, and the two protégés he had that were sent to Harvard and all that, and I am sure you have heard of this and more, but there is no proof of it. I keep harping on this - we won't find any documentation or proof until we repeal the National Security Act. As you begin to research in this thing, and I have been smashing my head against the NSA for 20 years. They do whatever they want. Colonel Fletcher Prouty is a friend of mine. He said "they are over there now", he lives nearby, you can look out the window. "See the lights are on. They are Xeroxing forged documents." The National Archives are locked up as far as this stuff goes. Anything that is useful, anything that is about mind control, and we'll get back to that ...
There are so many doctors - I guess Colin Ross is writing a book about it - he's following up on some of our research that we did 25 years ago. He's gotten the papers of Dr. Estabrooks and Estabrooks knew Milton Erickson, who I think was a great guy myself, but he did work for the government, and they all knew each other and Ewen Cameron comes in, it was a Who's Who of everybody who worked in the psychiatric mental health profession of that particular generation, my father's generation.
Sociologists as well, it's been going on for fifty years. Guys like Robert J. Lifton who is thought of very highly, worked with Dr. John Mack, the alien guy, the UFO guy. They had a partnership - they worked in a little company that was funded by the CIA MKULTRA project. And in national mental health, all the universities were used - you know the story - and Operation Mind Control gives you a big list on all this stuff. I mean, it's just scratching the surface.
And I hear some of you gasp at some of this stuff. Have you read Lifton's book, "The Nazi Doctors"? That's a pretty interesting study of how - it takes up the obedience to authority kind of thing, how people can be made to do things they wouldn't ordinarily do. Lest you gasp repeatedly throughout this presentation, let me generalize. Virtually every psychologist, psychiatrist, sociologist, cyberneticist, and so on of that generation previous to mine, were funded either wittingly or unwittingly by the CIA. The CIA through a number of cutout organizations co-opted the entire mental health profession and put it to work on mind control. It's a hard thing finding people that aren't part of the game, you know, part of the bad guys.
A few years after the end of WWII, about the CIA was being founded, and one of their first concerns in 1947 - the Soviets engineered a show trial against Roman Catholic Cardinal Minzente who appeared before a kangaroo court in a trance and confessed to everything he was accused of which a few years later he couldn't remember. The CIA looked into this and they said "oh they've got something we don't have, and we need this". We'd better look into this. It was a fledgling agency in those days. We're celebrating its 50th anniversary and I got a big kick out of George Bush standing up next to Richard Helms, who went to jail and was convicted of lying to Congress, he was the Director of the CIA, and Nixon was singing this man's praises, saying what a great patriot he was. If you are a patriot, you lie to everybody, you lie to your country. That's how far our morals and ethics have fallen.
[slide] These are some of the things you find on the internet too, you find a lot of very good stuff, very succinct. And that talks about Harris Isabell in 1955, part of MKULTRA Bluebird, the hospital in Lexington, Kentucky and things ... of course Nelson Rockefeller wanted to become president one day and he was standing at the bedside of lady liberty when she gave birth to her bastard child, the freak of nature, part of the invisible Cold War, information - they christened the baby "Information Warfare", they called it. The father nicknamed it "Brainwashing".
Brainwash. A previous speaker used the term. It is very non-specific, and the term "mind control" isn't much better. But "brainwash" was coined by a CIA propaganda specialist, Ed Hunter, and he advised Allen Dulles who gave a speech at the UN and that's how the term "brainwashing" got started. Dulles' brother was John Foster Dulles. He was the Secretary of State, and Allen called himself the "Secretary of State for Unfriendly Governments". He was the Director of the CIA. They talked about the insidious Fu Manchu Communists in Korea and China who had brainwashed our clean-minded American boys and made them confess to crimes that they did not commit. According to Dulles the Chinese had a way of making strong-minded Americans hallucinate that a US Marine wing had flown a mission over North Korean held territory, dropping germ bombs. Colonel Charles Schwabel here took most of the heat. He was one of the men who allowed himself to be filmed to the US use of germ weapons. The cries of "brainwashing" could not drown out the later revelations that the Marine Air wing had indeed dropped germ bombs on the insidious yellow peoples fighting against the U.S. Later it was revealed that the secret labs at Edgewood Arsenal had developed a race-specific encephalitis germ which infected only oriental people.
... Fu Manchu. Which turned out to be nothing more than isolation, deprivation, alienation ... what this guy was talking about. Very standard stuff. Nothing romantic about it. Just the same old take a person, put their hand in a vise, close the vise, say "talk". They'll talk at some point. That's what brainwashing was. It's like our prison and educational systems. Simple things. The Chinese didn't use drugs or anything sophisticated. But they did get these people to confess readily. So guess what happened? Those of us who served in the military service - we all were the beneficiaries of that - The Code of Conduct. You gave your name, rank and serial number and nothing else. But you wait a certain time and then you can tell them anything because the only thing you have to worry about is tactical information which gets obsolete very fast.
I talked to Laird Gunderson and guys that were in Vietnam and they really stood up to torture. It's an interesting thing to see those men come back in the fifties, standing at a strange angle, behaving like these automatons - it's very interesting - just what isolation, deprivation, alienation can do to somebody. I suffer from it myself, being a writer, sitting in front of that computer so many hours. I catch myself in the mirror, staggering around. So the result was The Code of Conduct.
Out of this came the best psychological study ever done - on 3000 men who were POW's in Korea. They studied them all with a fine tooth comb. Most interesting, they had three categories: the guys that collaborated outright with the enemy, the guys who resisted the enemy to the death, and the guys that just went along with the enemy. The ones who just went along with the enemy were the same guys that just went along with our military, they were draftees. The guys that collaborated with the enemy outright were the people in our own military who were known as gung-ho. The people that resisted the enemy were the people that resisted our own military and they wanted us all to resist the enemy the same way that those guys did. They studied the "resisters" and they found there was a spectrum of on one hand, there were the criminals, and then at the other end, there were the ones who were highly creative. They began to study more and they saw that criminality is nothing more than misplaced creativity. We have an actual industry in this country of misplaced creativity.
Slide - Brainwashing in Red China. Edward Hunter, the man who coined the term "brainwashing" wrote several books about it. Then came the fictional version of that story by Richard Condon, The Manchurian Candidate. That caught everybody's attention. I knew Richard when he was alive. He was a PR flack who dropped out. He was sixty, and this was his first novel and it was a big hit. It was the story of a guy who was captured - Laurence Harvey played the assassin in the movie. He was programmed. They captured him behind enemy lines, take him up to Manchuria, programmed him, then he came back. He did assassinate the candidate for president who happened to be a guy he didn't like anyway, it was his stepfather, so ... the Queen of Diamonds over the phone triggered the assassination. I asked Condon over the phone - now that he can't defend himself - some guys are writing that Condon knew all about this. He loved my book back in 1974 - I think he saw a rough draft and he wrote great things about it. He said he just read Pavlov and Salter, and invented the rest because it was a pretty basic premise. Frank Sinatra was in the film, he was one of the programmed POW's, and he bought a large piece of the film. It's an interesting movie to watch. When Kennedy was assassinated, he pulled the film out of circulation and it remained out of circulation for probably 15 years which I thought was interesting. Maybe he knew something about the assassination of Kennedy that we don't know.
Slide - These are some of the 1940 stills that I found of soldiers under hypnosis being marched around ... demonstrating before others. In 1978 I went all over the world with these slides. It was shocking to people. They didn't know you could be made to do something against your will and without your knowledge. They didn't know you could do mind over matter kinds of things with your body, control blisters, what have you. I learned from Anthony Robbins when I saw 200 people walk over a bed of coals as long as this room - they were trying to do the Guinness Book of Records. It was a mesquite fire, the hottest kind of fire because of the oil which stuck to their feet. 60% got burns, but 40% didn't. Now you explain that to me ... Andy Wile, the new age healer, he's an MD - he wouldn't walk in it. He knew what a hot fire was. We know you can control blisters.
Cathy O'Brien tells an interesting story about being burned between her breasts with nitrous oxide while in a hypnotic state, and having a baphomet appear - a demonic star, goat like figure which was used by Knights Templar and has a whole history - apparently Noriega was very superstitious and she had a message, she claims, from high ranking government (George Bush) to give to Noriega. To get his attention, her handler gave her that cue phrase and that baphomet appears - it would only come out in that state. Things like that can be done, and have been repeated in laboratory experiments. But in 1940 they weren't doing that. I just threw this in as a filler, because what we are talking about is how to divide your mind.
If Daddy hasn't already done it - I don't know what this guy said - he said it happens at an early age - it's got to be emotional - true. But he didn't say it's got to happen before you can speak. Real DID has to happen before you can talk. So that's a very early age, probably a year, if not before. All of us that have had - that know a lot of MPD stories - realize that there are personalities and different identities anchored to various body parts. I have a great video of the most wonderful little lady - she's on our website - Patty - and I have never seen anybody react like this little lady. She herself is the schoolhouse, and she is full of children, trying to burst out. It's almost like her eyeballs move sideways, and one comes out and says "hey, what about me?" - and she can't control this when she gets started. I was trying to do an interview with her, and I said "let me anchor your executive personality". She is a volunteer for certain police things, she has her take-charge personalities, very competent. I wanted to anchor her in that, so I said "let me touch your knee and every time you go off in another personality I will touch your knee and that's your executive, all right?" So I thought I had anchored it pretty good. Well in the middle of the interview here is this little kid again, so I touched her knee, and she says "what do you think you're doing? you're just touching my knee with your finger ... they used a cattle prod". Then she looked at the camera. My girlfriend was the camera operator, Pat - both of them were Pat - they got along great. But she had this great big old studio video camera. And she says, "you know, we did that before, but there was never a woman running the camera ... we were making blue money". I didn't know what blue money was, which is child porn as it turns out.
Slide - The doctor on the right is B.F.Skinner, and this is his daughter, Debbie Skinner. He was at Harvard, he was respectable, this was the apex of respectable scientific research. He used to work with pigeons, chimpanzees - but this is his daughter, Debbie, and the box they said kept Debbie from being disturbed. She would awaken in her sleep and they would carry on with their regular lifestyle and Debbie was protected from traffic outside, it was air conditioned and everything - Debbie looks pretty happy there. Remember that the beginning of - you've heard a lot about Pavlov. And the Russians have always been big fans of the dark side of our science. They love cybernetics. I'll get to Norbert Weiner in a little while.
They loved a guy named J.B. Watson who was the founder of behaviorism. He had an illegitimate child, Little Albert, which I was surprised to learn this was his child, with the nurse who worked for him. Watson finally got defrocked and he went to work for Madison Avenue. He is the father of mind control in advertising. The most interesting thing about Watson ... here's this little baby, Albert, crawling along the floor, and they want to condition Albert and they had a white bunny rabbit and they let the bunny rabbit out of the cage. As soon as the bunny rabbit would emerge Little Albert would say "whoo woo" and go running for the bunny rabbit, he would get to a certain proximity of the bunny rabbit and Daddy would drop this big steel bar, clanging behind Little Albert, make him jump and cry naturally. Watson did this repeatedly until Little Albert was afraid of anything white, anything that moved that way, anything furry, all of his life.
This boy, the son of the founder of behaviorism, and Debby Skinner, the daughter of one of the leading proponents of behaviorism and if you understand behaviorism, you know it works ... it is a science, and it is uncanny. Both of these young people committed suicide in their twenties. What does that say about their parents and their heritage, this kind of approach to the study of human psychology, I guess it's called. So, that's Debby and the box. Skinner was the apex of science, American intellectual establishment, Harvard University.
Slide - This is the nadir of American intellectual establishment -- this is William Jennings Bryant III in L.A. - he is the founder and director of the American Institute of Hypnosis. Anybody heard of him? Yeah. He can run three hypnotic subjects at a time with that panel ... program three people. I was trying to get an interview with him, he kept dodging me as has Martin Orne - once I got him on the golf course and almost succeeded but he ran away. Bryant died on the stage in Las Vegas of a heart attack - according to his widow, within hours of his passing - it was like magic - the signal was sent - the CIA showed up at his office and at his private home - and removed every scrap of paper from his library. There is reason to believe that he was, as is alleged, the programmer of perhaps Sirhan Sirhan, the assassin of Robert Kennedy and maybe one of the programmers of Candy Jones who was the number one pin-up girl during WWII. Slide - Candy Jones. Betty Grable was number one, and she was number two, something like that. She wrote her own book called The Control of Candy Jones - some people would now try to deny that was true ... but indeed it runs true. She was programmed to commit suicide at a certain time by jumping off a cliff. She married a guy - I think the only reason she married him was because he started loosening her programming. His name was Long John Neville, he was a talk-show host in New York, and he was an amateur hypnotist. He started working with her - you can reintegrate just like that (snaps fingers) unless you are continuously restimulated, the natural tendency is to pull it all together again and reintegrate. Suddenly she remembered, "gee whiz, I went on all these trips in southeast Asia", she remembered having her hand in a box with scorpions stinging her and all kinds of other things. Being basically a pigeon, a courier for the cryptocracy ... ran out of three letter words ... secret government. Whatever he did shook loose the thing - she didn't jump off the cliff.
Another - somebody should write a book about Marilyn Monroe. She was an abused child. You know how it goes. Daddy is a pedophile, and Daddy is making movies of abusing the kids in the neighbourhood, and he ships them through the mail and the postal inspector finds this and says "ah we're going to arrest these guys" and they give it to some federal branch of law enforcement because it's a federal crime and then somehow it gets bumped over to the department of defence and the department of defence guys - who are probably CIA or NSA or whatever - they show up and say "ah you're going to jail for a 25 years - otherwise you work for us." Then they say "now we'll show you how to program them." So the whole family ends up and the children of those children end up working for Uncle Cryptocracy for the rest of their lives. You will hear that story over and over. I hope you hear Brice Taylor's presentation, that's a story about this. The reason I know she is real is because I met her when she was with the guy that she can't see anymore ... but I know who it was. A movie star who was a handler. That was years before I met her again in a mind control context. But I think she has totally sanitized her book so that she doesn't name any names. But it should. Operation Mind Control names the names because I got permission to use an earlier version and I changed her name of course so you will have to put two and two together if you want the real story.
[Slide] It says "How to Hypnotize" - this was in a comic book in the 40's or 50's. It was a big thing. Everybody was hypnotizing everybody. Little did they know, just accidentally you can really send somebody on a spin and really have some problems. I hope you don't think I meant to use the word "spin" deliberately. [Slide] That's Cathy O'Brien. I am sure many of you know her or heard her story. It's written in the book "Trance Formations in America". She brought the term "Presidential Model" to the fore, and she presents a kind of National Enquirer version of the MKULTRA story, naming names, sexual preferences, perversions, dimensions and identifying marks of the genitalia of the high government officials. That's probably her main defence. She says "okay". Remember Michael Jackson? They had him drop his drawers because some kids had identified him. Well, she says that about some of the major presidents and secretaries of defence and what-have-you which I think is a great thing to do.
[Slide] She calls it Monarch mind control there - that's the picture. It gives the name of her shrink there, and I called up her shrink and said "can you put me in touch with this lady?" and she called me and I used her pseudonym in the book. She then sent me a blow-up of the picture that she didn't even know was there, because it was on her passport, she had given it to the reporter, the reporter spilled coffee on it, but they had a negative of the picture. The reporter blew the picture up and sent it back to her and she was surprised to find these two images on it. One is the famous butterfly connoting that she was a sexual slave, programmed, and the rose is the assassin program. We find in Operation Mind Control there is a pin for evening wear - the butterfly pin or the rose pin. Some on a lower level, they would actually tattoo the women in certain places. Some of the cattle prods 200,000 volts DC will give you melonin, and give you a nice little mole. Some of them are burned with moles in a certain shape on the face, and you meet many survivors that have had every mole taken off their body just for that reason, because they knew this was identifying. Any of the perpetrators that know the programming can access the person, depending on what pin they are wearing or what they know about the programming.
The history of mind control is the history of male chauvinist secret organizations at work preying upon women. But there are some other things. Women are uniquely susceptible to trauma and especially sexual trauma. The reactions - the difference between men and women in the MPD thing - this mind control falls into MPD - it's just a naturally occurring phenomena which would probably happen in nature. If you go up to a victim at car crash, and they are in the state of what we call "shock" - and give them your card and say "you'll send me a thousand bucks tomorrow, come over here and sit down, are you okay?" change the subject - probably that person will give you a thousand bucks the next day because they are in a state of shock. If you give an embedded command in a positive framework - it's just the way people are - we are all that way. Nothing special about it. So that state is used to traumatize small children - naturally occurring state - is accessed by the government. My cousin - he's the reason I got into this - he was traumatized and we didn't know it. He had a drunken father who used to beat him and his mother up, that wasn't a big deal, it was no big deal - but when he joined the service it showed up on the tests - there it was. This was a person with a high tendency to dissociate - we can use him. He was trained as a courier, to carry secret messages locked behind post-hypnotic amnesia blocks. And today he is still having trouble. He can't sleep very well, so many years later, and he has had 13 years of therapy, he was in hypnosis. It's pretty well in there. He remembers the atrocities he had to witness at interrogations, which ended with decapitation and things like that, really hideous stuff, military stuff, which really hit him.
That little lady was used in ... she was a bomber by the time she was age 3. She was like a set up person who would hang out with the assassin and distract somebody while the guy bumped him. Just a little innocent kid coming into a place like this. Oh a little package, you know. Puts it down, later the place blows up, that kind of thing. She has pretty much recovered, doing really well, I am happy to say.
The best literature on mind control and survivors is self-published literature. The publishing companies won't touch this stuff any more. The only reason I got Operation Mind Control published in 1978 was that my agent was an agent. He belonged to Naval Intelligence. He is now one of the biggest agents in New York, and he paid me a whopping advance because they wanted to control it, and then, man they printed a million copies and ate it, and paid me full royalties and you never found it again. In two weeks it was gone. Now they are paying $650 a copy - if you've got a used copy of Operation Mind Control, sell it. Of course now you can get one for free by becoming a member of of the Freedom of Thought Foundation.
[slide] This was one of the early things of the male chauvinist society - it was called The Battle for Men's Minds, a book by William Sargent. Here is Dr. Sidney Gottlieb of the CIA. He was the guy who gave 147 different drugs to people. John Marks in The Search for the Manchurian Candidate or the Church Committee Reports cover him pretty well. He is a scientist, a doctor. And of course we know about Timothy Leary who is a psychologist, he is the producer of the flower generation, the psychedelic sixties and the slogan "turn on, tune in, drop out" - he worked with Henry Luce and the CIA to turn on the generation known as the Baby Boomers. When I asked Leary if he was witting or unwitting when he got his LSD from the CIA, he said, "Who you would work for - the Yankees or the Dodgers? You want me to work for the KGB?"
[slide] This is a blank slide in memory of Dr. Frank Olson who flew, jumped, or otherwise exited from the 16th floor of the Pennsylvania Hotel in New York City back in the 1950's, and Olson's family was paid $750,000 wrongful death - the federal courts claim act keeps you from suing the government for wrongful death - but it turned out, after the autopsy - the family exhumed the body of Olson - his skull was fractured before he was thrown out the window. He was killed before he was thrown out the window. They probably just laced him with LSD. He was an Edgewood Arsenal chemist and he had qualms about dosing people against their will and without their knowledge at Edgewood. So they killed him and threw him out the window and made it look like a suicide. Now the family is suing under a different law, and maybe they will get some real money out of this - the culprits should be prosecuted, but we can't prosecute anybody until we - what are we going to do? Repeal the National Security Act and then give everybody amnesty? Man, there's a lot of criminals, a lot of murderers.
[slide] This is Harold Blauer I used to make a joke, on his ass before the government put him there forever. He was a tennis pro. He was given an overdose of a mescaline derivative by the CIA. Every minute of his death is chronicled in cold blood descriptions in their classified files. You can find it verbatim in Operation Mind Control. Like Olson's family Blauer's family received a quarter of a million dollars from Uncle Sam, but they are suing again because he was a private citizen. He didn't sign up.
Now you get the idea right? If you sign up for the government, you're going to give your life for the country. The National Security Act suspends all your civil rights, you get it? After you've given your life for the country, since they didn't need you to survive, they're going to use anything you've got - your body parts, your mind, your soul, anything. That's the way the game is played. Most of the victims of mind control are government related. May 2nd or 3rd generation. Our files contain very detailed debriefings, drawings, sketches of high ranking CIA officials' daughters. Now why would they do this to this person who is now a very competent secretary, and who has been harassed and tortured since she was a small child by some incredible technology that is more advanced ... since she is not one of the DID kind. This is really incredible.
But of course Walter Reed is a place where they program people and ... this story. I just got this recently from Blanche I think, "Sing a Song to Jenny", it's the true account of a secret US raid into China. In 1978 I am in San Francisco doing a talk show for KPIX TV - normally they bus in women's clubs and there I was, the bus broke down, and I am left with nothing but the phone lines which was fortuitous because a Commander in the Navy called and said, "I was on the Black Pajama team working behind ... and they sent us to Walter Reed and now we all have cardboard memories." And this is the story of one guy, not the same guy I think that I talked to, but this is probably the same story of mind control soldiers operating behind enemy lines.
The CIA documents ... to create an involuntary assassin. That was in the seventies, and that was published. That's one of the English editions of Operation Mind Control. That one is worth $650 on the used book market. This is The Mind Manipulators by Alan Scheflin, it came out a year later. Journey Into Madness, Gordon Thomas ... he is Irish and to me, kind of thinks like an Irishman, 'why mess up a good story with the truth?' so he takes wild flights of probably untruth ... but he does cover Ewen Cameron's experiments in Canada very well, and it's good for that. Of course, as a result of Ewen Cameron's experiments, they paid off pretty heavy to the families up there. These people weren't in our government, and Cameron was working under the payroll of the CIA for a long time, doing the experiments for the CIA. Cameron was at the same time the President of the American Psychiatric Association and he was the head shrink for the Nuremburg Trial. You can see the connection with psychiatry ... that's probably why psychiatry stopped dead in the water, probably why it doesn't work, what they are trying to do. And of course, it was useless. We just spent fifty years and how many millions and billions of dollars, and we didn't come up with anything.
David Ferrie was a hypnotist, he was a pilot for the CIA and he was probably the guy who was an on the scene handler for Lee Harvey Oswald, who was probably just a patsy. He said he was a patsy. They ran a CSE on his statement and it appeared to be true, and believe it or not, stress free. So he looks like just a patsy. But David Ferrie had false eyebrows, a wig ... strange dude.
This is another victim of mind control, he was programmed. He was a White Russian. George de Mohrenschildt is his name and he was a friend of Lee Harvey Oswald and Marina Oswald. A friend of mine, Eddie Epstein, was interviewing him for Time Magazine and they took a break for lunch and Oswald got a phone call, and simply said "I understand". Then he took a gun and killed himself. Bang. Just like the Manchurian Candidate. His family believes that's what happened.
This is Luis Enjarocasetio (sp) an attempted assassin of Ferdinand Marcos in the Phillipines. He was arrested by the Phillipine National Bureau of Investigation, the equivalent of the FBI. They called in, unlike in the USA where nobody believes this could happen, those guys called in a hypnotist and began to deprogram this guy. They found four different identities when he was in custody. He had 40 hypnotic sessions from April 3 to June 25, 1967. He displayed four distinct personalities. He was put into a trance and given an empty pistol. In the first personality he would follow whoever was talking with the pistol, pulling the trigger over and over. In the second personality he would aim only at the picture of Marcos and pull the trigger over and over. In the third personality he would end up falling off the table to the floor and remain motionless. The report said, in the last state, a "pathetic sight takes place - the subject turns the pistol to his own temple and squeezes the trigger as many times as his name is repeated."
Notice his clothes. He's got this little sweater kind of thing, notice his haircut, general look. When Sirhan was arrested, the same kind of thing. The interesting thing is that they both had diaries, they both left underlinings. They both repeated things and kind of chanted their program. They both predicted before the crime that they were going to do this.
Sirhan is arrowed. The other guy is Spanish, some kind of Hispanic background. They look enough alike to be brothers. Castile believed that a guy that sounds like Allen Dulles was his father. You find this in the programming. These sadistic jokes are played. Sirhan as you know was programmed to kill Robert Kennedy, and did apparently, shot at him, was in the room anyway. When in custody, he was visited by Dr. Bernard Diamond, shown here, who was hired by the defence, and Diamond is an expert in hypnosis and defence. He thought immediately that Sirhan had been programmed by the way he responded to hypnotic command. At one point he put him in deep trance, and he found that he couldn't speak, but he could write answers. Here's the way it went. He showed him a page of his diary and asked, "is this crazy writing?" "Yes, Yes, Yes," Sirhan wrote. "Are you crazy?" Diamond asked. "No, No, No," Sirhan wrote. "Well, why are you writing crazy?" Diamond asked. "Practice, Practice, Practice," Sirhan wrote. "Practice for what?" Diamond asked. "Mind control, Mind control, Mind control," is what Sirhan wrote.
Here's a guy who did a lot of our work, funded by the CIA through the National Institute of Mental Health. The CIA gave the money to NIMH who gave the money to Harvard University who gave the money to Jose Delgado, famous neurologist who back in the 50's and 60's did a lot of amazing work. He went before Congress I think in 1962 or 1963, and it's in the Congressional Record, and he called for a "Psychocivilized Society" in which everybody would have an electrode implanted in their brain and it would be for the benefit of us all. I know a little kid, he's 15 years old, he's a cyberpunk, and he can't wait to have that because he wants to know the baseball scores. He says "why do I have to remember all this?"
There's a stimoceiver transmitter and receiver in the brain of the bull at the right place and the bull didn't even really attack. That's a puny bull if you ask me, and Delgado looks like a real chicken and he's backing up. He has the cape but he doesn't have the sword and he has the radio transmitter and then the bull gets to a certain point and he pushes a button, and the thing goes into reverse. I mean it was unbelievable, and you can get that. I have seen it even on educational television shows ... A&E did this, it was called "The Bad Trip to Edgewood." That's the headquarters at Edgewood Arsenal, Fort Detrick, Maryland. They started out with monkeys of course. They tried everything ... they started out with gas and injections and that led to human experimentation.
See that mouse and the cat ... that's a famous thing from the sixties. Here's a cat on LSD. This cat is afraid of these mice, and it keeps leaping away. It's unbelievable to see that, and it's a famous experiment. They used a lot of LSD. Of course they cornered the market. I think they went to Sandoz Labs and bought every existing dose of LSD.
This guy, Bill Jordan, is a medical "volunteer" and he was a Lt-Colonel --- he was probably the highest ranking volunteer. They thought they were going to get gas or something, tear gas -- they gave him 100x the normal dose of LSD and these guys now 40 years later are still walking around having flashbacks, epileptic seizures. They gave huge doses -- 7000 men were given LSD in these huge doses between 1955 and 1975.
This guy is Col. James Ketchum who was the Army psychiatrist who ran it. Ketchum revealed to Bill Kurtis, who was the A&E anchorman, that they had tested BZ which puts the test subject into a 3 day stupor and is followed by memory loss. They were interested in anything to induce amnesia. One of the test subjects did try to sue the government and he got to the Supreme Court and was turned down because of the Federal Torts Claims Act. But the dissenting opinion of the judges compared the Edgewood experiments to the Nazi experiments of WWII. This is on record. Col. Ketchum didn't take it all that seriously. He said "Most of the volunteers thought of it as an interesting adventure. Many volunteered to do it again." While these injections were going on, other things were being done.
In Lexington, Kentucky (Lexington is a federal "drug rehabilitation" - I don't think there is such a thing as rehabilitation in the prison system these days - there is no concept of it. But in those days they still called it a drug rehabilitation project). They would give them rewards of heroin if they would take LSD and other things. Here's a guy in such a stupor, he can't sit down. This guy starts out early on playing solitaire, pretty soon the cards are all over the table, and he is just a mess. This guy I think is counting spiders on the wall that he thinks are there. This guy is breathing some gas that they measure and then they filled the whole room with BZ or psychotoxic gas then they would put the guy in this suit and see if the suit protected him. Of course they started out with animals. This fellow says it made him violent. It changed his personality and he hasn't had a relationship with his family for 30 years because of it.
Of course that's what they wanted to do. BZ and some of these other drugs were known to produce a violent reaction. One of the things they experimented with was PCP, angel dust, which is now "an underground recreational illegal drug". This is a group of soldiers walking through a cloud of BZ and it brings to mind some eerie scenes from a movie I would recommend that you rent from the video store, called "Jacob's Ladder". This is a movie that is really about the Buddhist afterlife, the guy is already dead. He was part of the Army BZ experiments and he is reliving his life which did take place in Vietnam. It looks very much like this, they reproduced in the movie the whole feeling of this kind of monstrous experimentation.
Of course, here is Richard Helms, and here he is lying to the President's Commission on the assassination of President Kennedy which was one of his first big lies that was documented. Then he went on to lie to Congress and that's when he got sentenced to some time for that. Here's something from Defence Intelligence Agency Report Task #T72-01-14: "Parapsychology can be harnessed to create conditions where one can alter and manipulate the minds of others." This is from Hans Ulrich Dresch, he's a PhD who works in an alcohol rehabilitation program today, and he was a victim of mind control. He was actually an American citizen, but he was born over there of military parents and raised there. He was used in some kind of mind control experiments. Since he is a psychologist, he talks about all those things - MPD, hypnosis, drugs, and all the other stuff. This can be found on the internet and it's probably 40-50 pages long.

This is Alan Frey's early research when he was with G.E. and it's the "Human Auditory System Response to Elctromagnetic Energy" - in other words, "we are going to put voices in your head" by remote control from a distance. And that was in the 60's, and Ross Adey is another guy who did the research - he was at University of California, Riverside, and he did a lot of research on modulating microwaves so you would hear a voice from a distance. There's a guy in New Mexico who is in Operation Mind Control who will sell you a microwave you can keep in a paper bag. It's about the size of a radar gun. You can buy them now over the counter. Q. is that kind of mind control technology used to discredit the individual, or is it actually used for programming. I would say both. I would say the number one thing is programming because if you take all the technology - drugs, hypnosis - all this electronic stuff - if you take it away the human mind is still the human mind and it works the same way. Basically you can explain that by understanding the subconscious. A lot of it happens over a long period of time. I don't know about 20 years, but I know about 10 years.
Here's another one. Spontaneous regression. This was way before the New Age thing of regression, past life regression. The military and the government were researching this thing. This guy Schneck - this was from State University of New York College of Medicine - a CIA project funded it - and they knew damn well what a powerful regression was. Even if it is just a metaphor.
The father of all this stuff - the greatest mind about hypnosis - and a guy who also worked for the government - was Milton Erickson. When I interviewed him he talked very slowly - you could go into trance just listening to him in a warm room. But I liked him a lot, and of course he is the main model for what is now known as neurolinguistic programming. He had polio so he could not interact with people and he watched how they communicated, and out of that came this beautiful science which is used in computers. "The use of hypnosis in intelligence and related military situations" by Seymour Fischer (sp) 1958 - a declassified CIA document. "The use of hypnosis in warfare" by Alec McQuart, unclassified, it's in the open literature. "Experimenting with the possible antisocial uses of hypnosis" by Milton Erickson. He said there is no problem to it, all you have to do basically is to manipulate context and get an individual to do something against their will and without their knowledge. It was done in a laboratory in a government study where a soldier was made to attack his commanding officer. All they had to say was "this is WWII - this guy is a Japanese guy - it is kill or be killed". They didn't know he had a knife in his boot but luckily they had two armed guards standing there.
This is "Assassination in Hypnosis: political influence" by Joseph Berndt in 1968, after the Kennedy assassination. "Rewriting the Soul" by Ian Hacking, Canadian. He's a sociologist so parts of it aren't correct but it's really interesting to read this different point of view, and he tells some anecdotes about Colin Ross that are pretty good. Elaine Pagel's a friend of mine who did the Nag Hammadi texts and anybody who has had satanic ritual abuse should probably read this book and understand the origin of Satan and understand how deeply rooted it is in our society, in Judeao Christian Aristotelian philosophy. This is Mikey's paper, "Mind War". You know Mikey? Yeah, Michael Aquino. This is his very own handwriting. It is the headquarters of the Imperial Storm Trooper Force Office of the Chief of Staff, Mind War Center, Hub 4, and it's the final version of an article going to the military review, "Parameters", which is a war course journal psyops community - the head of which is near my home town in Arizona. He was just then a Major, and he talks about John Alexander's military review and psyops and stuff, and what gave me the creeps is #11 - he cites Operation Mind Control as a source. That gave me a chill. Here he is when he was reviewed for a possible adverse - they are going to throw him out of the Army for molesting children at the Presidio - and of course they couldn't prove he did it, but they couldn't prove he didn't do it - they did a weird thing which they can only do in military law. They didn't acquit him, but they didn't convict him. They just said "we are going to gather more evidence" and of course they are still gathering evidence.
So here he is, a Satanist, and high ranking guy - he retired from the military. People raised a stink about it, but the Pentagon says no problem, there's a guy buried in Arlington from the Civil War who is a Satanist. This is freedom of religion.
And of course, cybernetics, Norbert Weiner, "Control and Communication in the animal and the machine". The father of cyberpunk. And of course the Russians were of course very good at this and they know what obedience to authority means. Let me tell you a little bit about this guy. He's a member of the KGB, head guy, Vladimir Zukov, a KGB parapsychologist. He's an adept at telepathic hypnosis, a psychic who was especially trained to use a variety of instruments to affect other people's minds at a distance, if you can believe it.
This is part of the history. We are coming to the end. The only success story of that kind of psychotronic warfare is this chess match between Karpov and Korchnoy and Karpov was the darling 27 year old chess champion and Korchnoy was the former chess champion that had defected to the West, so they wanted to make sure Korchnoy lost. Korchnoy, after the thing was over, says he tried to get this guy removed and he complained and complained. He said "he forced me to make bluffs I didn't want to make, he forced me not to play strong. It was Zukov and the powers of mind control that led to my loss." And it was a prestigious international victory for Karpov and Soviet parapsychology.
Here's a photo of Dr. Karl Nakaliev at work in a laboratory on a crystal ball - it's a psychotronic device which allegedly focused the mind in what is called biocommunication. The Soviets took it seriously and developed it to a reliable degree and of course our controlled remote viewing is the same kind of thing where we put something that has been generalized and non-specific and unscientific and we disciplined it.
Here are psychotronic devices - the mind concentrates and spins that little wheel. It's from a movie and it's available from A&E. Uri Geller did that for the Stanford Research Institute and Ingo Swann. These are psychotronic devices - they are really interesting. They are not a dental tool, not a sculpture tool, not a kitchen tool - they are used like magic wands to focus energy and direct the mind. This guy is the leading Soviet parapsychologist - when he would do stuff like that, they were measuring his brainwaves so they could duplicate his results. Now we did similar things. One of the most interesting studies the USA did was to measure the brainwaves of people with Multiple Personalities, put them into different personalities, and measure their brainwaves. Each personality had a different brainwave pattern. They then recorded these patterns and sent them to another shrink on the west coast. They then sent the subject to that shrink and told the shrink to play these signals back. I don't know if they played them auditorally -- I think so. They stimulated the personalities by playing back the brain wave signals.
This is a psychotronic factory where they are making psychotronic weapons in the Soviet Union and the parabolic mirror looks like ... you can become your own CNN. You know they were seriously doing this - it's not just those of you who have experienced some of this stuff. But these are for you who want to tinker and build your own - take a look at this one. Non lethal weapons, being sold, being promoted in this country for law enforcement and it is the most dangerous step we can take. That kind of psychotronic weaponry or any of the other nonlethal weaponry, especially since the military people and the law enforcement people will be the first targets of it. The term nonlethal is a misnomer because they are lethal.
You know this guy - Dr. Becker. Most of the stuff he talks about is obsolete but it's a must read if you are a serious student of this stuff. Here's a picture of the transponder. Everyone is claiming about having implants. Most of the people who claim they have them are claiming they are from extraterrestrial sources. These are terrestrial implants.
This is a 1960's technology. They have different sizes - small, medium, large. They have some for goats, pigs, dogs. You can buy them from your veterinary store. This is a small one. That's the tip of a guy's finger. That is the electronic technology.

This is Dr. Gwen Deans' comparison between thought reform on the left which is Lifton stuff, ritualized abuse in the middle, and abduction on the right. This is one of her earlier things. There is a bigger one I've got in the slides and we are going skip it ... but this gives you the essence of the thing. First, trivial demands are enforced - the middle one says "must learn cult rules". What you are seeing in the phenomena, the experiences of these individuals who talk about government mind control, or thought reform, or ritualized abuse or abductions is the same thing. Back to the shrinks. Sidney - Francis Crick, Nobel Prize. Says he found the human soul - the guy's an idiot. But this is the problem with our science. This guy won the Nobel Prize, discovered DNA, but he has no right to talk about the human soul. It's a theological question.
Microwave harassment and mind control experimentation by Julianne McKinney. She was involved in the harassment program which is now defunct. Cheryl Welsh and other folks ... that's Ed Light who runs the Mind Control Forum. These people were on CNN, got a hatchet job when they came out, and of course they didn't find any signals ... they came out with all this instrumentation to measure the environment and they found all kinds of pollution in the environment but this is the normal pollution, and of course it had nothing to do with what they were saying. The scientist said we could find nothing - no reason why these people should be complaining - like Ed is complaining here of the sounds, the hurt, the pain, perhaps voices in his head. Try to tell somebody you are hearing voices in your head. Every time you are making love to your husband there's the voice telling you how to do it, how you are doing it wrong - at the most intimate times in your life there's a voice talking to you. When you are sleeping there are voices talking to you, lights shining at you, 24 hrs a day, year after year. You go to a doctor. He looks it up in his manual - and he says "delusional" or "you're a paranoid schizophrenic". There are only four basic things - hearing voices is only in there four times basically. And then they give you a drug and suppress the symptoms. What does that do?
You know about the radiation experiments. A lot of the mind control victims were used in the radiation experiments. Many of them have Graves disease, lost their thyroids and because mind control victims don't talk or they can be stopped from talking. So they were used in that. At the end of the President's thing on radiation, "Trance on Trial" Alan Scheflin's book - they don't believe in hypnosis, you can't be made to do something against your will in the courts of law. They just don't recognize anybody who has ever had hypnosis. They are discredited as witnesses. It's like a bunch of simpletons.

Q. DSM IV has a new options book and there is a category called "Spiritual Problems" - it's the first time that the DSM committee acknowledged that there is something called a spiritual problem. They are defining it in four sentences unfortunately. The proposal was 11 pages. It was a miracle that they accepted it. What they are saying is when there are actual spiritual experiences that are going on right now and are not in alignment with our previous religious experience. I would advise somebody if they are going to go see somebody in the medical field, to refer to that.
This is Robert Moodie and his brother, they look like twins. This man is on death row right now. I am his only link to the outside world. He is diagnosed MPD, DID. I worked with him before he could even get that diagnosis because the aliens' voices in his mind told him to do "choo-choo train" on the test so he would do true, true, false - true, true, false - choo-choo train - and they couldn't get any proof. Psychiatrist got up in court and said he is malingering. But a couple of them said you'd better rule out DID, this, that and the other thing. The judge just said "I'm not going to rule it out." They put him in the nut house for six months and they couldn't do anything with him. He came back and he still wasn't competent to stand trial. He was insane at the time of the crime. And the whole thing about DID and the law has to be re-examined and re-structured.
Here's a guy - I began to work with him. There's Mary, there's Bob. See if you can see some of the changes in him. You can do it in the film, you can really see it. That's the killer personality. His name was XE. He was programmed in a Marine Corps - killed two women in Arizona. He is sentenced to die after his four appeals are exhausted. Anybody want to write to him ... This is Dr. Joyce Vesper who thanks to Colin Ross, we finally found a doctor in Arizona - she is the Arizona Director of the ISSD and she came forward, gave him a five hours of tests, looked at 200 hours of sample videotapes we had taken of this guy. He turned into a little kid. When the Miranda warnings were read to Moodie, he was a nine year old, he didn't know his name. The reason they caught him is he turned himself in to this Sheriff's department saying "run my fingerprints, I don't know who I am". He had a picture of a little girl in his pocket. That was his daughter. He didn't know who she was. He was in amnesic fugue. It's not justice - it's got to change. You can get hit on the head, something else can happen to you, and suddenly you are on death row. It's not the way you treat people.
This is a novel by Michael Youssef, "The Voice" and it's about the voice of Satan in a Christian preacher of some kind.
Dr. Sheldon Deal looked at - Patrick Flanagan created a thing called the neurophone which proves that somebody can be deaf, their cochleas taken out and they can still hear with this thing. Nick Begitch will tell you more about this thing. There are some incredible therapeutic effects with this thing - that's what Dr. Deal did a study - hearing people can hear a conscious sound and then this thing kind of plays it to your bones, I guess, to the other part of your ear. Begitch will explain it to you. I have known this guy for 30 years. He's a naturopath, holistic healing, used to Mr. Arizona and stuff. Wonderful guy, serious researcher.
Voices in the head - a famous Philip K. Dick novel about VALIS - Vast Active Living System. This is Jack Sarfatiks' physics group talking about VALIS and conscious computer spacecraft from the future, time travel, and all that kind of thing, which is coming up fairly prominently in quantum physics. Of course there is something now called post-quantum physics and there are sub-atomic particles called beables - and you had better familiarize yourself with that.
In the 1950's it began - the new science - and the University of Arizona was going to be the first university in America with a chair for this new science, called Cognitive Science, the study of consciousness. This year in April there's a conference discussing this - psychologists, psychiatrists, neurologists, linguists, cyberneticists, theologists, philosophers - all getting together to talk on that topic. Heavy on the computer thing, artificial intelligence is very important. But it all started in the fifties.
J.B. Ryan, Duke University, 1950's - CIA project in extrasensory perception. They are the guys who used the Zener cards that you saw in Ghostbusters. Very important studies. Denied by the CIA. They said "we spent so much money and nothing happened". Don't believe it.
Now they admit - remote viewers even - that's pretty far out. Astral projections, out of body experiences - now it's called controlled remote viewing. I like this book a lot - Dave Morehouse - seems like an honest guy - talking about his experience in the remote viewing thing. The CIA finally admitted it, but here it is in 1975 in a press release telling you all about it. So it's been known that far back - but 1996 they admitted to it.
Here's John Mack, thanks to Blanche, a little thing about John Mack at Harvard, talking about UFO's - working with Lifton. And there's John Shirley, talking about hypnosis. There was a serious study about alien aspects done at MIT and one of the papers in here talks about - they found out that the so-called abductee community was highly dissociative. So the same thing you find in ritual abuse, you find in mind control, you find in alien abductees. And of course, for the first time now, people are beginning to say "yeah I do remember there was a government guy standing around with those little gray things". And of course how many survivors have been asked not to talk about their "alien experiences"? About three years ago I asked that question, and just about everyone I could identify as a survivor raised their hand. They have been told not to talk about it, because it discredits their credibility. They are already telling pretty fantastic tales, you know. There is nobody talking about the Lori Lingenfelter story, or even Cathy O'Brien doesn't talk a lot about her NASA training - but Lingenfelter says that she was trained to be a hostage "witness" - a specially hypnotically trained witness on some kind of an alien ship in a swap deal you know. Incredible stories, but it's worth checking out.
Here is Dr. Dean who did the comparison accounts with ritual maltreatments and ritual abduction, and this is the appendix E in Operation Mind Control. It is just amazing to me to find everybody talking about the same thing in slightly different variations.
Of course on the fiftieth anniversary of the so-called Roswell thing comes out and says yeah I was the guy who placed all the high technology into the R&D stream of the defence developers. He talks about the skin of the craft, the propulsion system, night vision goggles. One thing he doesn't talk about and admits they were there - mind control devices on the ship allegedly, but he doesn't talk about it. His movement away from that, his sudden avoidance of that subject, is to me what gives credibility to this account. You wouldn't talk about it if you were using it the way it apparently was being used. They had a headband that blew the graph, and stuff, he says.
If you read the report from Iron Mountain, you realize how to motivate an economy without war can be a very difficult problem, so there is the Green movement, the ecology movement. Space exploration - a bottomless pit. You can sink a lot of money into that but the best motivator is to pose an outside threat of alien invasion. How are they doing? Only 55% don't believe in UFO's in a CNN poll in 1997. Are there visitors from space? 60% don't believe it. They are not doing so well in planting that idea.
This is an implant ... I don't know if you can see it ... it comes from UFO community. It is quite a bit different than the one we showed before, that is actually in production.
You have to read about physics so you might as well start with Tim Allen, it's a pretty good book on basic quantum physics.
Michael Persinger, a neuroscientist in Laurentian University in Sudbury, Ontario is blindfolding people and putting an automobile with selanoids and playing magnetic waves over their temporal lobes, and 80% of the women he claims have temporal lobe epileptic experiences automatically, frequently from time to time throughout their lives. This guy was funded by the NSA ... (Q. he is funded by the US Navy ...). Well you know what he's doing? He is saying that UFO's are electrical phenomena from earthquakes and he's demonstrating, beyond question, that your consciousness can be altered and controlled at a distance, without breaking your skin. It is very transparent though, in the research papers and in his conclusions, his conclusions don't match his arguments. It is pretty obvious. But what he is demonstrating is that a person can be influenced by magnetic waves from a distance, remotely. That's amazing, that he is standing out there doing that ... I don't believe a word the guy says.
The physics of immortality - a must read - Frank Tepler. He says you can find God in the codes and stuff like that. And this is a wonderful thing - hard to find - out of print - Elizabeth Rauscher, she worked with Andreja Puharich, for a while. She has done a lot of government contracts. Electromagentic Phenomena in Complex Geometries and Non-Linear Phenomena, Non-Hurtzian Waves and Magnetics Monopoles. The whole layout of the questions that you've got for "can it be?" Yes it can be and it has been, and it is being.
Then there is Rupert Sheldrake - if you talk to physicists they will say don't pay attention to him - he is only a biologist. Physicists say we make the machines for the doctors, and we only put two buttons on them, one is "off" and the other is "on" ... that's all they can handle. They don't consider doctors scientists ... But this is a very interesting idea, if you know about morphogenic fields. These guys are a hoot, and they are on the internet - Jack Zarfatti, Paul and Fred Allen Wolf - all of them write books and stuff. They are talking about supraluminals, faster than light travel. The answers to your questions about "what's happening to me?" including Carl Preberim, he's a neurologist - he talks about DID/MPD on a subatomic level - and that's the only way to address the question. It reads just like NLP, what he's talking about - the way the tunnelling occurs - and it's pretty amazing. So physics is where it's gotta go ... I don't have time - but if you want some real understanding of the mechanics of what is going on and what you are going to face in the future - because this new technology - once you've been targeted as a guinea pig - it's not going to stop until you stop it, or we stop it. PQM means post quantum mechanics.
That's the answer right there - the microtubule - when I first saw it, it was drawn by Dr. Stewart Amiroff in his scribbling way - it was black and white and it looked like yin and yang - and I said, "wow, it's an on and off switch" 1 is 1, 1 is 0. In the cytoskeleton of the DNA which is that structure of your DNA, it's made up of things that look like pomegranate pods represented by the red and the blue. 1 is a +1 and 1 is a 0, just like a computer. They are programmable by a signal but there's a back way, a feedback phenomenon that is occurring. We don't know what the signal is yet, they haven't decided what that is, the signal of consciousness ... but this is where they are at. In this kind of thinking lies the answer to some of the things that people are thinking. Whether or not it is just a metaphorical paradigm shift that we are experiencing and anthropomorphizing and living out ... or in fact ... as I believe ... somebody understands how to use that or they are dabbling with it. New World Vistas and the Space Powers - some of you already know about this ... 13 volumes published by the Air Force. They predict that within the next 50 years, and if they are saying this that means they have already done it ... we are going to have a been there, done that learning technology. Did you ever see the movie, Brain Storm? Rent it, see it. That's what they are talking about. They have probably already got it. Whereas you wear a helmet, record your experience on some kind of medium, play it back to the other guy, the other guy has the taste, touch, smell, sound, sight of the other person as it is happening.
So that's the answer to me. That's what we have to do.
